AIIMS INI SS January 2025 session open round schedule released, check dates
New Delhi- The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi has released the schedule of the Open round for Institute allocation against applied subjects for admission to DM/MCh/MD (Hospital Administration) courses of INIs for the January 2025 session.
As per the schedule, candidates can register for the online “Open Round” latest by, 05:00 pm on Tuesday, 18th February 2025 on the AIIMS exam's official website. Candidates have to register for an open round of online seat allocation and fill choices as per the vacant seat position & Eligibility. It is also required to create new login credentials for those candidates who have not participated earlier in INI-SS January 2025 counselling. Candidates who have participated earlier may use old login credentials which were used in the 01st, the 02nd & 03rd rounds of counselling.

STEPS TO REGISTER FOR THE ONLINE “OPEN ROUND”
STEP 1- To Register go to the AIIMS exam's official website.
STEP 2- Select your desired course “DM/MCh/MD (Hosp. Admin.)” under the “Academic Courses” tab and then click on the “Registration/Login” under General Links to proceed further to register.
STEP 3- Enter your Candidate ID and Password to log in.
STEP 4- On “My Page” click on the “Online Seat Allocation” link.
Meanwhile, candidates also have to deposit an amount of 3.0 Lakh in the account of Examination Section, AIIMS New Delhi through RTGS, NEFT or any other electronic Mode of payment. After the payment, the candidate must submit/attach the payment details as well as cancel the cheque in the online portal (My Page). However, no candidate will be considered for Open round counselling without prior willingness/registration, a deposit of 03.00 Lakh & uploading of such payment receipts.
ELIGIBILITY
1 Candidates who have appeared in INI-SS for the January 2025 session held on Friday, the 25th of October 2024 and obtained the following will be deemed to be provisionally eligible (subject to other criteria) to participate in the Open Round of Institute Allocation-
a All participating candidates having obtained 50% OR above marks are eligible for the Open round of Institute allocation.
b Allocation of institutes will be done according to their merit in AML & CML.
c Candidates who applied for General seats will be eligible only for General seats and applied for sponsored seats will be eligible only for sponsored seats. There will be no merging of seats from general to sponsored or sponsored to general.
d Eligibility for AIIMS New Delhi & other AIIMS, Candidates should mandatorily be on AIIMS Merit List.
e Candidates who are holding a seat at any Institute in previous round are not eligible for this Open round.
2 The Sponsored & Foreign National candidates may also participate in the open round.
Moreover, any seat that remains unfilled in MD(Hospital Administration) will be converted as per the following (Only in the open round (if any)-
1 EWS seat to UR.
2 OBC Seats to UR.
3 ST seats to SC and if still unfilled, to UR.
4 SC seats to ST and if still unfilled, to UR.
