AIIMS Nagpur issues notice on reporting schedule for MD, MS Candidates, details
Nagpur: The Postgraduate (MD/MS) candidates July 2022 session, need to report to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Nagpur) on 29th August 2022, 30th August 2022, and 31st August 2022 between 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
All students who have exercised option A (Accept the allotted seat) should get a DD of Rs. 3027 in the name of "Director AIIMS Nagpur", payable at Nagpur at the time of reporting. The students not submitting below original documents should submit a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 3,00,000 in the name of "Director, AIIMS, New Delhi", payable at SBI Ansari Nagar, New Delhi, at the time of reporting.
Documents to be submitted at the time of reporting (original) –
1. Offer letter.
2. Seat Allocation Slip.
3. Final Registration slip.
4. Admit card issued by AIIMS.
5. Mark sheets of MBBS 1st, 2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations.
6. MBBS Degree certificate.
7. Internship Completion Certificate/ Certificate from the Head of Institute or college that the candidate will be completing the internship on or before 31st July 2022.
8. Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or State Medical Council.
9. High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate for proof of date of birth. (Matriculation).
The candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable -
1. SC/ST Certificate issued by the competent authority.
2. OBC/EWS Original Certificate issued by the competent authority and that has been issued within the dates as prescribed should be in English or Hindi language. The community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. OBC (NCL)/EWS certificate should be the same as provided to examination section AIIMS, New Delhi, within the due dates. (OBC certificate should be issued between 21.03.2021 to 08.05.2022 & the EWS certificate must be valid for the financial year 2022-2023 and issued on or after 01.04.2022 to 08.05.2022 based on the income of the year 2021-2022).
3. Certificate for Persons with 13-benchmark Disability issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus.
