AIIMS Nagpur Issues reporting Instructions For MD, MS Candidates July 2023 Session
Nagpur: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Nagpur) has issued reporting instructions for Postgraduates (MD/MS) candidates (July 2023 session).
The detailed schedule for reporting –

All students who have exercised option 1 (i.e. retaining their seat at AIIMS Nagpur) should get a DD of Rs.3027 in the name of "Director AIIMS Nagpur", payable at Nagpur at the time of reporting.
Original documents, along with one set of self-attested photocopies to be submitted while reporting, are as follows -
1. Offer letter
2. Seat Allocation Slip
3. Final Registration slip
4. Admit card issued by AIIMS
5. Mark sheets of MBBS 1st, 2nd and 3t-d Professional Examinations.
6. MBBS Degree certificate
7. Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of the Institute or college that the candidate will complete the internship on or before 31st July 2023
8. Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or State Medical Council
9. High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate for proof of date of birth. (Matriculation)
The candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable -
1. SC/ ST Certificate issued by the competent authority.
2. OBC/EWS Original Certificate issued by the competent authority and issued within the prescribed dates should be in English or Hindi. The community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. The OBC/EWS certificate must be valid for admission to Central Govt. Institution. The validity of OBC/EWS Certified shall be as follows: - (a) The OBC (NCL) certificates should have been issued between 08.05.2022 to 07.05.2023 (date of exam), both dates inclusive. (b) The EWS certificate must be valid for the financial year 2023-2024 and issued between 01.04.2023 to 07.05.2023 (on or before the exam date), both dates inclusive, based on the income of the year 2022-2023.
3. Certificate for Persons with Benchmark Disability issued from a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board as mentioned in the prospectus.
