AIIMS Nagpur Issues Round 1 Reporting Instructions for DM, MCh Candidates, details
Nagpur- Through a notice, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Nagpur has issued certain instructions regarding the reporting of Super-Speciality (DM/M.Ch.) candidates for the July 2024 session of the first round.
As per the notice, all students who have exercised option 1 (i.e. retaining their seat at AIIMS Nagpur) should get a DD of Rs.3375/- in the name of "Director AIIMS Nagpur" payable at Nagpur at the time of reporting.
i Offer letter.
ii Allocation Slip.
iii Registration slip.
iv Admit card issued by AIIMS Delhi.
v Mark sheets of MBBS 1st, 2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations.
vi MBBS Degree certificate.
vii Permanent/ Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI or State Medical Council.
viii High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate for proof of date.
ix MD/MS Passing (degree/provisional) certificate. of birth. (Matriculation).
x Mark Sheet of MD/MS.Y.
xi MD/MS Tenure/course completion certificate with date of completion.
xii The Candidate should also bring the following certificate, if applicable-
a SC/ ST Certificate issued by the competent authority.
b OBC/EWS Original Certificate issued by the competent authority and that have been issued within the dates as prescribed, should be in English or Hindi language. The community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate. The OBC/EWS certificate must be valid for admission to Central Govt. Institution. The validity of OBC/EWS Certified shall be as follows-
1 Date of issue of certificate for OBC (NCL) candidates should not be earlier than 1 year from the last date of Examination which is 27.04.2024 i.e. should be issued between 28.04.2023 to 27.04.2024 (both dates inclusive).
2 The EWS certificate must be valid for the financial year 2024-2025 and issued on or after 01.04.2Q24 86 on or before the date of exam is 27.04.2024 based on the income of the year 2023-2024.
