AIIMS Nagpur notifies on Induction Program for MBBS Ist Year Batch 2024, details
Nagpur- Through a recent notice, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Nagpur has informed about the date for Induction Program for 1st year MBBS 2024 Batch.
Induction program for newly admitted MBBS Students of 2024 Batch is on Monday 30th September 2024 at 10:00 am in Auditorium Hall, AIIMS Nagpur. They should be seated in Auditorium Hall at 9.45 am, stated the Notice.
All students have invited along with their parents for the Induction Program. Students should purchase white apron and bring it for the Induction Program, the notice added.
Established in 2018, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Nagpur (also known as AIIMS Nagpur) is recognised as the ‘Institute of National Importance’. It is one among the four institutes established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY) by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Nagpur AIIMS is an autonomous institute and has also been accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH). The campus of the institute spans over 150 acres of land and is located in the Special Economic Zone of MIHAN, Nagpur.
AIIMS Nagpur, through more than 30 departments, offers undergraduate, postgraduate, super speciality, and doctoral programmes to students. Nagpur AIIMS courses are offered across Medicine, Nursing, Paramedical, and several other streams. At the UG level, the institute offers MBBS, BSc (Hons) Nursing, and BSc Paramedical courses. While at the PG level, it offers MD, MS, MDS, and MSc courses. Other AIIMS Nagpur courses include MCh, DM, and PhD programmes. AIIMS Nagpur admissions are entrance-based. The institute accepts various national-level entrance exams such as NEET UG and INICET for admission to its specific courses.
