AIIMS Patna Invites Applications for Post-Doctoral Fellowship Entrance Exam 2025, details
Patna- The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Patna, is inviting applications for the Post-Doctoral Fellowship Entrance Examination for the academic year 2025. In this regard, AIIMS Patna has released a prospectus detailing the Seat Position & Eligibility, Age Relaxation, Duration of Course, Scheme of Examination, Course Fee, etc.
As per the prospectus, the online registration for the Post-Doctoral Fellowship Entrance Examination 2025 is open till June 10. The written test will be conducted on 29 June 2025 and the course will commence from 10 July 2025. Below is the complete schedule-

APPLICATION FEES
The application fees for the General/ OBC/EWS category are Rs. 1500/ and for the SC/ST/ Women is Rs 1200/-, however, the PwBD category is exempted.

METHOD OF RESOLVING TIES
1 According to Age (Date of Birth), the older candidate shall get preference over the younger one.
2 If the age is the same, then the candidate who has scored a less negative score will rank senior.
3 If the negative score is also the same, then a candidate who has obtained higher marks (Aggregate) in the MD/MS/MCh exam will rank senior.
4 If marks in MD/MS/MCh are also equal or if marks are not allotted, then a candidate who has obtained higher marks (Aggregate) in MBBS will rank as senior.
JOINING
The first counselling for admission will take place on 10 July 2025. The selected candidate is required to join the course on or before 16 July 2025. In case the selected candidate fails to join or inform through surface email till 16 July 2025, it will be assumed that he/she does not intend to join the course and the seat will be offered to the next candidate in the order of merit list. The last date for admission to the course will be 31 July 2025. In any circumstances, the last date for admission will not be extended beyond 31 July 2025.
