AIIMS Patna Releases Revised Seat Matrix For Post-Doctoral Fellowship Course 2024, details

Patna- Through a notice, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Patna has informed about the change in the number of seats in Post-Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) Courses, 2024 and the mode of Examination.

As per the revised seat matrix, now a total of 8 seats are vacant in 7 PDF courses, in which 2 courses i.e. Neuro and Vascular Interventional Radiology and Neonatal Surgery courses have been removed and 1 new course i.e. Pediatric Urology course have been added with 1 vacant seat. Further, one seat each has been removed in two courses i.e. Neuro-Anesthesiology and Paediatric Anaesthesia where the other remains the same.

Earlier, there were 12 vacant seats in a total of 8 PDF courses and the tenure of training is 02 years from the date of joining the course.

The circular further stated that it has been inadvertently mentioned that the mode of examination will be online. It is hereby clarified that the examination will be OMR-based.

Medical Dialogues had earlier reported, that AIIMS, Patna has invited applications for appearing in the entrance examination for the selection of candidates for admission to the PDF Course for the 2024 session.

The registration for PDF courses for the 2024 session is ongoing which was started on 25th May 2024 and will be valid till 10th June 2024. The rest of the events for PFD Courses are mentioned below-
