AIIMS Rishikesh issues notice on Registration Of Spot Counselling for MD, MS, MDS, MCh admissions July 2023 Session, details

Rishikesh: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Rishikesh) has issued important instructions for registration of spot counselling for MD/MS/MDS/M.Ch. (6 years) for the July-2023 session to be held on 29.08.2023.

Candidates who wish to participate in spot counselling must register by filling form in the prescribed format with cleared scanned copy of all the following documents & sending it via email to ac.reg@aiimsrishikesh.edu.in by 05:00 PM, 26.08.2023.

Eligibility Criteria –

All those candidates who have been declared qualified vide result notification No. 72/2023 dated 13 May 2023 will be eligible to participate irrespective of their rank in Entrance Examination.

Candidates who have joined PG (MD/MS/MCh(6 years)/DM(6 years)/MDS) course or have opted for PG (MD/MS/MCh(6 years)/DM(6 years)/MDS) seat elsewhere are not eligible for Spot Counseling.

The candidate needs to report from 09:30 AM to 12:00 noon on 29.08.2023. Candidates reporting after 12:00 noon will not be entertained for spot counselling. Only those candidates will be entertained on 29.08.2023 who will send their registration form on or before 05:00 PM, 26.08.2023.

No authorized representative will be allowed to attend spot counselling. The candidates will have to produce a printout of mail to attend spot counselling along with all original certificates and, one set of self-attested Photocopy & 04 Photograph of certificates.

The candidate selected in institute-level spot counselling on 29.08.2023 has to join the department after completing all the formalities on or before 31.08.2023 by 5:00 pm. Candidates appearing for institute-level spot counselling are advised to come prepared with all original documents & baggage so that they can join the course/institute within the stipulated date & time.

Original documents to be mailed & deposited –

1. Printout of spot counselling registration mail

2. Score Card/Rank Letter by AIIMS New Delhi

3. Final Registration Slip

4. Admit Card issued by AIIMS New Delhi

5. Sponsorship Certificate/No Objection Certificate (Whichever is applicable)

6. Mark Sheets of MBBS/BDS 1st, 2nd and 3rd Professional Examinations

7. MBBS/BDS Degree Certificate

8. Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate will be completing the internship by 31st July 2023

9. Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by NMC or DCI/State Medical or Dental Council

10. High School/Higher Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate as proof of date of birth

11. Category Certificate in the specified format given in Prospectus (SC/ST/ EWS/PWBD)—(OBC (NCL) –

Date(s) of valid OBC(NCL) certificate: The OBC(-NCL) certificates should have been issued between 08.05.2022 to 07.05.2023 (date of Exam) both dates inclusive

Date(s) of valid EWS certificate: The EWS certificate must be valid for the financial year 2023- 2024 and issued between 01.04.2023 to 07.05.2023 (on or before the date of Exam), both dates inclusive based on the income of the year 2022-2023

12. Relieving Letter/Study Leave Letter (if applicable)

13. 4 Photograph

14. One Set Xerox of the above documents, Self-attested
