AIIMS Rishikesh notifies reporting guidelines for Round 2 MBBS admissions, details

Rishikesh: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences, AIIMS Rishikesh has issued detailed reporting guidelines for candidates allotted seats in Round 2 of NEET UG 2025 counselling.

As per the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) schedule, candidates are required to report at AIIMS, Rishikesh between 18th September 2025 and 25th September, 2025* from 10 AM to 4.30 PM (Office will remain closed on holidays).

Medical Fitness Examination: Medical Fitness examination of candidates will be conducted between 10 AM to 4 PM from 18.09.2025 to 25.09.2025 (Office will remain closed on holidays).

Candidates who have been allotted AIIMS, Rishikesh in Round-2 of counseling will have to follow below mentioned guidelines for further process-

1. Candidates should report to Office of Dean Academics at AIIMS Rishikesh as per dates and time specified above.

2. Following documents to be brought by the candidate on the day of reporting: -

i. Provisional Seat Allotment Letter from MCC

ii. NEET/NTA Scorecard – original print and not the photocopy

iii. NTA Admit Card– original print and not the photocopy

iv. Five Passport Size Photographs

v. Identity Proof (Aadhar Card/ Voter ID Card/Passport or any other identity proof issued by Government of India)

vi. 10th Mark sheet & Passing Certificate

vii. 10+2 Examination Passing Certificate & Mark sheet

viii. Migration Certificate/ Transfer Certificate

ix. Character Certificate

x. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWBD Certificate issued by competent authority as per guidelines (if applicable).

• Criteria for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (SC/ST): Reservation for SC/ST candidate will be according to the rules of the Government of India. The SC/ST certificate must be issued by the competent authority. Community should be clearly mentioned in the certificate.

• Criteria for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): The OBC certificate must be valid for admission in Central Government Institute shall be according to the rules of the Government of India. The OBC certificate issued from 1st April, 2024 (inclusive) and start of reporting of Round-1 of MBBS Counselling schedule (as notified by Medical Council Committee for MBBS admission) will be considered valid.

• Criteria for EWS (Economic Weaker Section): The EWS certificate must be valid for admission in Central Government Institute shall be according to the rules of the Government of India. The EWS Certificate issued from 1st April, 2024 (inclusive) and start of reporting of Round-1 of MBBS Counselling schedule (as notified by Medical Council Committee for MBBS admission) will be considered valid.

• Criteria for Persons with Benchmark Diasbility (PWBD): Certificate from prescribed authority showing that he/she belongs to Persons with Benchmark Disability issued by MCC designated centers.

xi. Anti Ragging Registration – Selected candidates shall register himself/herself in the website of anti-ragging and aman movement oraganisation and take a print out and submit the self-attested printout to Academic Section within 7 days.

3. Candidates are advised to also bring two set of photocopies of all Original certificates for submission at time of reporting.

4. Payment of Fee will be done at the time of reporting at AIIMS, Rishikesh through Card/NEFT/Online mode. Admission fee structure is attached as Annexure – I.

5. Those candidates who had completed their online document verification in round-1 and did not get upgraded are also required to report at the designated venue for completion of admission process.

6. Those candidates who have been upgraded are required to collect their original documents and relieving letter generated online.

7. The classes of 1st professional year have already been commenced. All candidates are supposed to join the hostels at the time of reporting.

8. All candidates are advised to report at the Institute before last date of reporting to avoid any inconvenience on the last day.
