BAMS, BUMS, BHMS Counselling: KEA releases mop-up round schedule

Bengaluru: Through a recent notice, the KEA has released the Mop-up round seat allotment counselling schedule for admissions to BAMS, BUMS and BHMS courses this academic year.

All the concerned aspirants seeking UG AYUSH admissions are hereby requested to view the said schedule as mentioned below:

Instructions to candidates - UGAYUSH

The seats which are vacant after completion of second round seat allotment at KEA will be offered in Mop-up round. The seat matrix will be hosted on the KEA Website on 03-03-2021 after 6.00 p.m. Therefore candidates / parents are informed to check the availability of seats on the KEA Website http:kea.kar.nic.in before participating in the mop-up round.

Candidates have to attend the Mop-up round at KEA, 18th Cross, Malleswharam, Bangalore at 11.00 am and compulsorily enter UGNEET 2020 Rank, candidates will not be eligible to participate after the fixed time schedule. Candidates should follow all the instructions given below:

1.Candidates who have got rank in UGNEET-2020, registered with KEA, verified their documents (holding verification slip) and not allotted any Ayurveda or Unani or Homoeopathy seat in KEA seat allotment either in First Round or in the Second Round are eligible to participate.

2.The candidates have to compulsorily produce all the required original documents for selection of a seat in the Mop-up round.

3.Candidates have to be present personally for counseling process; no one can represent the candidate under any circumstances.

4.There is no provision to modify or mutual transfer or transfer of a seat in Mop-up round.

5.The candidates have to compulsorily pay the prescribed fees in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of " The Executive Director, KEA" payable at Bangalore. Candidates can bring multiple demand drafts for different denominations.

6.Counselling will be stopped once the seats are exhausted. Therefore candidates/ parents are informed to check the availability of seats on the KEA Website http://kea.kar.nic.in before participating in the mop-up round.

7.Online payment or Cheques or Cash payment is not allowed. Candidates will not be allowed to select the seats without the demand drafts for the required fees. Candidates are advised to visit KEA Website for seats availability/ vacant seats for mop-up round allotment before participating as well to know about the fee structure in different colleges/ category of seats.

9.All other instructions/ orders issued by Apex Bodies/ Government will imply.

Note: Eligible candidates can attend Mop-up round by wearing masks compulsorily; and they have to maintain social distance and should follow the SOP issued by Government/ Government of India/ health department during the seat allotment.
