Faridkot: Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has announced the schedule for reporting for NEET PG round 3 allotted candidates.

The provisional result of the 3rd online counselling under NEET PG-2023, which was declared on 07.10.2023, is the final provisional result as there is no objection received till 02.00 PM on 08-10-2023 at BFUHS, Faridkot, which may affect the provisional allotment. Therefore, as per schedule, the candidates will report to the respective allotted college from 09.10.23 to 10.10.23 to complete all the formalities of physical joining after the deposition of the fee. Candidates will download the provisional allotment letter from 09.10.2023 by logging into their respective IDs.

The provisionally selected candidates will pay the balance amount of the fee (A six-month fee after deducting the amount of the security deposit) through the university payment gateway available on the university website and will report to the respective college for joining in the respective allotted college.

Only in-service doctors who have rendered a minimum of one year of regular service up to 31.03.2023 as per Punjab Govt. notification are eligible for admission to DNB Courses, i.e. doctors who are working as PCMS, Rural Medical Officers in the Department of Rural Development, doctors in Municipal Corporations under the Department of Local Bodies and doctors working in various Boards and Corporations of Punjab Govt.

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences was established in July 1998 by Punjab Act No. 18. It is named after Baba Farid, a 12th-century Punjabi Sufi headquartered in Faridkot. The mission of the University is to create an intellectual, academic, and physical environment conducive to the free flow of ideas and exchange of information between various faculties of the University and between this University and other Universities of Health Sciences in the country and abroad.
