BFUHS issues notice on resignation of allotted NEET, NEET PG seats, Details
Faridkot: Through a written notice Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) has informed the candidates and Institutes participating in NEET UG/PG Counseling 2021-22 about the resignation from allotted seats in Round 2.
BFUHS, in its notice, stated that the University is receiving several queries from the candidates regarding resignation of UG/PG seat from allotted colleges from their joined seats in Round II.
It is for the information of all the candidates and Institutes participating in NEET UG/PG Counseling 2021-22. University is receiving several queries from the candidates regarding resignation of UG/PG seat from allotted colleges from their joined seats in Round II, said the varsity.
It is re-iterated to all the participating candidates that as per the directions mentioned in the matter of NIHILA P.P Vs Medical Counseling Committee & Ors{ petition for m Special leave to Appeal ( C) No 10487 /2021 dated 15.12.2020 no resignation are allowed once the candidate has joined Round II of State level Counseling. The Candidates/Colleges are advised to abstain from doing so as such vacant seats will not be included in further round of Counseling and the concerned Principals/Head of the Institution shall be accountable for the same, the notice read.
