CEE Releases Provisional Stray Vacancy Allotment List for PG medical admissions
Kerala- The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) has issued a notification regarding the Stray Vacancy Filling Allotment for admission to DNB (Post MBBS) Courses and Postgraduate (PG) Medical Courses for the academic year 2024-25.
The Provisional Stray Vacancy Filling Allotment List to fill up the vacant seats in DNB (Post MBBS) Courses for the year 2024 is published on the official website of CEE. The allotment list is available in the 'DNB (Post MBBS) 2024 - Candidate Portal'.
Meanwhile, the Online Stray Vacancy Filling Allotment for admission to the PG Medical (Degree) Courses 2024 to fill up the vacant seats in the Government Medical Colleges in the State, Regional Cancer Centre (RCC), Thiruvananthapuram and Private Self Financing Medical Colleges is also published on the official website of CEE.
To view the Allotment Result of the DNB (Post MBBS) Courses and PG Medical (Degree) Courses, candidates should log on to the 'DNB (Post MBBS) 2024 – Candidate Portal' or 'PG Medical 2024-Candidate Portal' by submitting their Application Number and Password. Then by clicking on the link 'Allotment Result', candidates can view their Allotment Result. It is necessary to take the printout of the Allotment Memo. The allotted candidate should report for joining at the allotted colleges from today i.e. 24th to tomorrow i.e. 25 February 2025, at 4:00 PM along with the required documents specified in the Allotment Memo.
However, the head of the Institution will be personally responsible for the verification of eligibility conditions when the candidate reports for admission. Only those candidates who are found to be qualified as prescribed shall be admitted to the college/institution irrespective of the fact that he/she has an allotment.
Course once allotted in this phase shall be final. Surrender of seats after allotment will not be permitted. All the admitting authorities should approve the list of admitted candidates through the Online Admission Management System (OAMS) at 5.00 PM on 25 February 2025.
A candidate who joins a seat in this allotment and then vacates the seat for any reason will be liable to pay liquidated damages.
After the stray vacancy filling allotment if any vacancies exist or arise, those vacancies shall be filled through additional stray vacancy allotment based on the options registered for the stray vacancy filling allotment. The net vacant seats after this stray vacancy-filling allotment will be published.
