The candidates need to transfer the fee fixed and notified by the Government of Puducherry to the CENTAC account through NET BANKING or by generating NEFT/RTGS Challan using your dashboard login credentials and proceed with payment. The candidates should follow the help instruction carefully before proceeding to pay.

The fee collected by the CENTAC will be transferred to the concerned colleges. For NRI/NRI sponsored/OCI candidates, separate help instructions for payment are provided in their respective dashboards. Puducherry SC/ST candidates who have been allotted Government Quota Seats need not pay tuition fees, as AD Welfare Department will pay the same. Candidates who have already joined in round 1 UG NEET admissions and paid their tuition fees in CENTAC need to pay the balance fees, if any.

NEET UG counselling is conducted by the Centralized Admission Committee (CENTAC). It is a common admission portal for all the colleges of Puducherry and is established by the Government of Puducherry. Under this, the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination and appeared in such a qualifying examination are eligible for admission. There are various courses under its umbrella.

Recently Medical Dialogues team reported that CENTAC released the seat matrix for PG Medical courses at Sri Venkateshwaraa Medical College Hospital & Research (SVMCH & RI), Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College & Hospital, and Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS). 60 seats are left in the above three colleges for PG Medical admission. SVMCH & RI has 20 seats, Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College & Hospital has 25 seats, and PIMS has 15 seats left. The highest number of seats (25) are left vacant at Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College & Hospital, followed by SVMCH & RI (20) and PMS (15).
