CENTAC releases merit lists for NEET PG Admissions 2021

Puducherry: The Government of Puducherry Centralized Admission Committee (CENTAC) has recently released the merit list for PG-Medical Degree for Government, Management, and Minority Quota students.

CENTAC is the organizing body for counselling and merit-based admission in colleges of Puducherry for PG Medical Degree.

According to the merit list total of 2586 candidates are selected for all three quotas. For Government 794 candidates, Management 1773, and Minority 19 candidates are selected.

Government

1. GQ All – 467

2. EWS – 8

3. OBC – 50

4. MBC – 50

5. EBC – 12

6. BCM – 9

7. SC – 63

8. BT – 1

9. FF -128

10. ESM – 6

Management -

1. All – 1773

Minority –

1. MQT – 11

2. MQC – 8

The candidates can cross-check the details at www.centacpuducherry.in. CENTAC has mentioned that the merit list is prepared based on the cut–off marks prescribed in PG NEET - Medical 2021. SMS has been sent to all the registered candidates.

Candidates who have been qualified for NEET PG 2021, have met the eligibility criteria, and have their names in the final updated merit list will be allowed to participate in the counseling session for admission. Those who will clear the counseling session will be invited for the seat allotment process. Candidates will be able to check the seat allotment result on the official website of CENTAC.

Candidates are advised to regularly visit the official website to keep themselves updated with the information.

CENTAC is a common admission portal to Puducherry colleges and was established by the Government of Puducherry. Under this, the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination and those who have appeared in such qualifying examinations are eligible for admission. There are various courses under its umbrella.
