Puducherry: The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC) has released the reporting schedule for PG Medical courses special stray vacancy round for the academic year 2023-24.

As per the notice, the allotted candidates must report to the allotted college/institute either online / offline on or before 29.11.2023, 4.00 pm, only after downloading the final allotment order from the candidate’s login dashboard.

The selected candidates can download the final allotment order using their dashboard login credentials from 11.00 am onwards today and report to the concerned college directly or through Online mode as per the above schedule. Due to strict timelines, the candidates, specifically those residing outside of the Puducherry Region, may report to the Colleges through Online mode. Candidates reporting through Online mode should submit their request through the Grievances option in the login dashboard to CENTAC and also send an E-mail to the concerned college. The special stray round provisional allotment list is published on the official website of CENTAC. The candidates were asked to raise their objections, if any, on or before 10.00 am on 28.11.2023 through the Grievances option in the candidate’s login dashboard based on the provisional allotment list.

The following are the reasons for refund/forfeiture of registration fee –

1. If a candidate is not allotted any seat in the Special Stray round, then the registration amount will be refunded.

2. If a candidate is allotted a seat in the Special Stray round and joins the course, then the fee will be adjusted in the tuition fee.

3. If the student fails to join the allotted seat in Special Stray counselling, then the entire tuition fee will be forfeited.

4. Once joined the allotted course in Stray Round, the candidate cannot withdraw their seat.
