CPS Diploma admissions: DME Gujarat issues notice for candidates seeking participation, upgradation in round 2
Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has announced the schedule for participation & upgradation in 2nd round of CPS Diploma courses for the academic year 2023-24. The non-reported seats after round 1 have also been released.
As per the notice, the consent for upgradation & participation can be given up to 30.12.2023 (11:00 am). Candidates who have participated in the 1st round & if they wish to upgrade their seat as per their choices filled in the 1st round are mandatorily required to give consent for 2nd round participation & upgradation.
All information regarding the admission process will be published only on the website of DME. The candidates need to keep track of the website on a regular basis.
Recently, the 1st round of the counseling process was completed. The candidates were asked to the help center till 27.12.2023. The last date to pay the fee was 27.12.2023. The candidate had to take an appointment at the nearest help center. After taking the appointment, the candidates could download their allotment letter and fees challan from their account after login with the help of User ID & Password.
The non-reported seats after round 1 have also been released. The list includes ADM_INST_ENAME, BR_NAME, SEAT_DESC, and ADM_CAT_CODE. The detailed list is enclosed in the notice below.
The Admission Committee for Professional Post-Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC) regulates the admission of candidates to the Professional postgraduate courses. The mission assigned to this Committee is to carry out the counseling process in a fair and transparent manner. The admission process is conducted by this Committee strictly on the basis of the merit of the candidate.
