DME Assam issues Round 2 NEET counselling schedule, Register now

Assam- The Director of Medical Education (DME) of Assam is going to conduct the 2nd round of online counselling for admission to vacant MBBS and BDS seats in government medical and dental colleges of Assam for the session 2024 under state quota seats. Candidates who have qualified the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 and secured the cut-off score can participate in this counselling.

As per the schedule in this regard, the eligible candidates who are willing to participate in the said counselling can register themselves through the official website of DME from today i.e 11th to 13th September 2024 till 11:55 PM.

After completion of the online registration process, the online choice filling facility will be available from 14th to 17th September 2024 till 10:00 PM, then the choice locking facility will be available from 5 PM to 11:59 PM on 17th September 2024 after which the option will be locked automatically if it has not been locked by the candidate earlier.

Later, from 18 to 19 September 2024 the processing of seat allotment will be done. After processing the data, the result will be displayed along with the modalities of admission on 20 September 2024. The provisionally selected candidates will have to be admitted to the respective allotted institutions as directed between 25 to 26 September 2024.
