DME Chhattisgarh Releases NEET PG Counselling Merit List, issues notice for NRI candidates
Chhattisgarh- The Director of Medical Education (DME) Chhattisgarh has issued the merit list of candidates for NEET PG Counselling 2024.
Further, the DME has issued a notice providing important information for NRI-sponsored candidates appearing for counselling of Medical Postgraduate (MD/MS) courses for the admission year 2024. As per the notice, all the NRI-sponsored candidates appearing for the counselling of the Medical Postgraduate (MD/MS) course for the admission year 2024 are informed that the NRI-sponsored candidates must get their family tree certificate issued by the Tehsildar or higher officer's office prepared in the prescribed form before the scrutiny and admission process of Medical Postgraduate (MD/MS) counselling for the admission year 2024 so that complications in the counselling process can be avoided.
Meanwhile, DME Chhattisgarh has also released the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) (MD/MS) Merit List Session 2024-25. As per the list, the name, father's name, gender, NEET roll number, overall rank and percentage, incentive marks in % and other details of 921 candidates have been declared. The list has been released on the DME Chhattisgarh official website, therefore, candidates can check it from there.
DME Chhattisgarh had released a revised schedule regarding online registration and institution selection for admission to state quota seats in postgraduate medical (MD/MS) courses in Chhattisgarh state for the admission year 2024. As per the schedule, the online registration started on 07th November 2024 and will conclude on 12th November 2024 upto 11:59 pm.
The Directorate of Medical Education is an administrative body of Chattisgarh. It overlooks Medical Education in the state through Medical Colleges. This Directorate was established in the Year 2000 with the inception of Chhattisgarh State. Beginning with 1 Medical College under its belt, the Directorate now has the administration of 15 Medical Colleges, 6 Dental Colleges and more than 125 Nursing Colleges along with several physiotherapy colleges.
