DME Gujarat Announces Reporting Schedule For 6th Round Of CPS Diploma admissions
Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) has announced the reporting schedule for the 6th round of CPS Diploma courses. The list of help centers and non-reported seats after 5th round has also been released.
Detailed schedule –
1. Display of seat Allotment - On or before 13/01/2024
2. Online Payment OR Payment of Fees at a designated branch of Axis Bank - 13/01/2024 - 16/01/2024 12:00 pm
3. Reporting at Help Center - 16/01/2024 10:00 am - 16/01/2024 02:00 pm
Suppose any seat remains vacant after the 6th round allotment of regular merit candidates. In that case, those vacant seats will also be considered for allotment to vacant merit list candidates simultaneously during the 6th round of counseling along with vacant seat round counseling.
For the 6th round, the candidates were asked to see the non-reported seat list before filling the choices. After giving consent for this round, they were asked to fill in the new choices. The earlier filled choices of all the candidates have been removed by the Admission Committee.
The non-reported seat of round 4 and the list of help centers have also been released. The help centers are located in Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Bhavnagar, Surat, Jamnagar, Rajkot, and Patan. The detailed lists are enclosed in the notices below.
The Government of Gujarat had constituted the "Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC)" to regulate the admission of candidates to the CPS Diploma courses. The mission assigned to this Committee is to carry out the counseling process fairly and transparently. The admission process is conducted by this Committee strictly based on the candidate's merit.
