DME Gujarat Begins Round 1 MD, MS, Diploma Course Refund Process for 2024-25.

Gujarat- The Director of Medical Education (DME) Gujarat has begun the round1 MD, MS and Diploma Course Refund process for the candidates for the academic year 2024-25.

As per the DME Gujarat official website, all the students who are seeking a refund of tuition fees and refundable security deposit paid by the Admission Committee should fill in their refund details, college of admission and bank account details in the online form from today i.e. 19 March 2025 to 07 April 2025, 4:00 PM. The refund of tuition fees to all students will be deposited by the Admission Committee in their bank account through Electronic Transfer. If any error is found in the refund details, the candidates should inform the Admission Committee through the email address with their USER ID.

Meanwhile, DME Gujarat has also released the list of candidates who are eligible for the refund of the security deposit of Rs 25,000/- and the refund of tuition fees. The list has been released on the official website of DME Gujarat in PDF format. The list contains important details such as the user ID and Name of the candidate.

As per the list, a total of 951 candidates are eligible for the refund of the tuition fees and a total of 5054 candidates are eligible for the refund of the security deposit of Rs 25,000/-.

The Government of Gujarat had constituted the "Admission Committee for Professional Post Graduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC)" to regulate the admission of candidates to the CPS Diploma courses. The mission assigned to this Committee is to carry out the counselling process fairly and transparently. The admission process is conducted by this Committee strictly based on the candidate's merit.
