DME Gujarat to end Round 1 MBBS, BDS Allotment, Reporting on August 23, Details
Gujarat- The Director of Medical Education (DME) of Gujarat has begun the 1st round of Allotment & Reporting for the MBBS & BDS Courses. In this regard, DME Gujarat has issued an advertisement detailing the schedule for 1st round of Allotment & Reporting.
As per the advertisement, for all the eligible candidates who are included in the Merit List of ACPUGMEC, for admission to Government Seats, Management Seats and NRI Seats of Medical & Dental Under-Graduate courses in Government and Self-Financed Colleges for the academic year 2025-26, the 1st round of Allotment & Reporting will end on 23 August 2025.

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION CONFIRMATION FOR ROUND 01
DECLARATION OF RESULT OF SEAT ALLOTMENT AND PRINTING OF ALLOTMENT LETTER
1 After choice filling, ACPUGMEC will declare the result as per the merit number and choices filled by the candidate.
2 The candidate can download his allotment letter and fees challan from his account after logging in with the help of User ID & Password.
PAYMENT OF FEES
1 Candidate can pay the tuition fees of allotted college either by online payment mode through the official website of ACPUGMEC or by cash/ Demand Draft through the designated branch of a bank (List of designated HDFC bank’s branches is available on the admission committee’s website
2 After payment of tuition fees, students have to collect a receipt generated from the ACPUGMEC portal in 2 copies and a copy of the challan (2 copies).
