DME Haryana Begins Physical Document Verification Of MBBS, BDS Courses For Round 1
Haryana: The Director of Medical Education (DME Haryana) has begun the physical document verification of MBBS/BDS courses for round 1.
The detailed schedule –
10th November 2022 –
1. Open Category – 9:00 am
2. Minority Category – 2:00 pm
12th November 2022 –
Management Category – 9:00 am
Venue - PWD Rest House, Near Forest Office, Gurugram-122001
The candidates are requested to read the public notices UHSR/Acad./2022/A-11(/8669 dated 18.10.2022 & UHSR/Acad./2022/A-III/SPL dated 20.10.2022 regarding the list of documents to be required at the time of physical documents verification (Annexure I & II). And check the admission web portal (www.uhsrugcounselling.com) and the website of Pt.B.D. Sharma UHS Rohtak (www.uhsr.ac.in), SMS and emails regularly for any latest updates.
Documents to be brought for verification –
1. Matriculation Certificate/High School/ICSE/Class X/Class Xli or its equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth
2. Three copies of the recent photographs (passport size) self-attested used for the NEET form.
3. Character certificate of the Head of Institution last attended/First Class Executive Magistrate.
4. Resident certificate issued by the competent authority of the State Government of Haryana (if applicable'bonafide resident certificate issued by the competent authority of the State Government ( if applicable) as per Govt. of Haryana instruction dated 12.10.2022.
