DME Tamil Nadu releases Tentative Counselling Schedule For PWD NEET PG Candidates

Tamil Nadu: The Director of Medical Education (DME Tamil Nadu) has announced the tentative counselling schedule for PG Degree / Diploma courses in Tamil Nadu government medical colleges 2022-2023 session for PWD candidates. The eligible candidates' list has also been released.

The detailed schedule –

1. Registration/Payment/Choice Filling/Locking – 29th September, 8:00 pm (eligible PWD candidates from SL. NO. 01 TO 28)

2. Result – 30th September 2022

3. Download Of Provisional Allotment Order – From 30th September 2022

4. Reporting Date & Time - 30th September 2022 till 12th October 2022, 5:00 pm

Candidates participating in online counselling for PG Degree/ Diploma course will have to remit a non-refundable amount of R s. 1000 as a processing fee online by using a Debit Card/Net Banking/Credit Card. In addition, they will also have to pay a security deposit of Rs.30000 online via net banking.

DME has instructed the candidates not to share the details of their login id and password. The counselling process will be held online mode only. The choice filling should be done carefully.

Selection of candidates to PG Degree/ Diploma course shall be based on rank by applying the rule of reservation/200 Point Roster method, whichever is applicable. Candidates selected for admission should give a self-declaration form when reporting to the concerned medical college that they are liable for forfeiture of selection/admission if suppression of facts misinterpretation is found at any time during or after the admission to the course.

Candidates note that they will have to download their provisional allotment order and join the course in the concerned medical college on or before the date and time stipulated as mentioned in the allotment order during the first phase of online counselling.

While downloading their provisional allotment order, candidates should pay the non-refundable tuition fee via Debit Card /Net Banking or Credit Card. The tuition fee paid when downloading the provisional allotment order is non-refundable if the candidate does not join or discontinue the course. The selected candidates must pay any balance of the tuition fee (if any) and other special fees etc., at the time of admission to their respective colleges.

The candidates should produce the following original certificates in person at the time of joining their selected medical college along with the scanned copy of the original certificates to the concerned college –

1. NEET PG-2022-Score Card.

2. NEET P G - 2022 Admit Card.

3. Aadhar Card

4. MBBS Degree Certificate or Provisional Pass Certificate and Diploma Certificate.

5. CRRI Completion Certificate.

6. Permanent Medical Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council or Provisional Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council of India / State Medical Council.

7. Community Certificate (if applicable)

8. TNPSC/MRB (through competitive written examination) Selection & Posting Order for service candidates.

9. Nativity Certificate (if applicable) with supportive documents.

10. Recent Regional Medical Board Certificate for Persons with Disabilities.

11. Eligibility Certificate, if applicable.

12. Post Card size colour photograph (4"x6"), the same photo that has been uploaded in NEET PG-2022.

The eligible candidates' list is enclosed in the notice below. A total of 28 candidates are there in the list.
