DMER Maharashtra invites Application for Allotment For Government Bond Service to MDS Degree holders, Check out details

Maharashtra: The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER Maharashtra) informed about online application and online allotment of government bond service to PG degree holders -MDS (Summer-2022 Batch). The seat matrix has also been released.

Detailed schedule –

1. Last date to fill out the online application and online preferences – 24.12.2022, 5:00 pm

2. Declaration of allotment of bond service to candidate and issue of recommendation letter through Login ID in Online Bond portal – 26.12.2022, 12:00 pm

Educational Qualification –

1. MDS in the specific subject

2. For dental surgeon & Asst.Prof.in Dentistry Any Specialty MDS eligible

Details Issued –

1. All eligible candidates must fill out the online application form on the DMER Bond Service allotment Portal.

2. Vacancy position posts are likely to change anytime.

3. List of eligible candidates for allotment of bond services is available on DMER's website, www.med-edu.in, with the information.

4. Candidates will be allotted seats per preference for Assistant Professor and Dental Surgeon posts based on marks obtained in the Post Graduate degree examination.

5. All posts will be allotted merit as Open Category.

6. Those students who had applied previously & were allotted bond service on 29/11/2022 but have not joined till the last day of joining may also apply in this process.

7. If candidates do not fill out the online application form, they refuse to get the allotment of bond service. The said candidates would be deemed uninterested in complying with bond service. Hence for such a candidate, the process of recovery of the bond penalty amount will be initiated.

8. Recommendation letter can be downloaded on the Bond service Portal through login ID.

9. Candidates should take the printout of the recommendation letter and report to the concerned allotted institute with the requisite documents within 7 days from the date of the recommendation letter.

The candidate must submit the attested photocopy of requisite documents at the respective institute where they will be allotted post as per the list Riven below -

1. SSC Passing Certificate / valid passport (as proof of age).

2. First, Second, Third & fourth BDS mark sheets.

3. Mark sheet / Grade Certificate of MDS.

4. Attempt a certificate of all BDS examinations from the head of the institution.

5. BDS degree / Passing certificate.

6. MDS Degree /Passing Certificate.

7. Registration certificate of Maharashtra Dental Council or other State Dental Councils in India/DCI with renewal.

8. Online recommendation letter of allotment of bond service. (will be mailed to the candidates on their registered email id).

Rule of TIE- BREAKER -

Selection of candidate for the vacant post shall be as per the procedure of preparation of merit list as given below -

1. First Level - The Candidate having Highest Mark in the postgraduate examination (MDS)will be preferred; if the tie persists, then -

2. Second Level - The Candidate having the Highest aggregate Mark in the final BDS (part I +II) will be preferred; if the tie persists, then -

3. Third Level - The Candidate having Highest Mark in 3rdBDS will be preferred; if the tie persists, then -

4. Fourth Level - The older candidate will be preferred
