Dr NTRUHS Releases Notifies on Phase 1 Counselling Web Options for MBBS Admissions 2024, know fee structure, seat matrix here

Andhra Pradesh- Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) has released a notification regarding the exercising web options for phase 1 counselling for admission into the MBBS course for the academic year 2024-25 under the competent, management and NRI Category seats.

As per the notification, the exercise of web options for Phase 1 counselling for admission to MBBS courses 2024-25 under capable, management and NRI category seats is ongoing and will remain valid till 09.00 PM on 19th September 2024. However, only those candidates whose names are present in the final merit list are eligible to exercise the web option. A candidate has to exercise options for the interested medical colleges in the order of priority. Meanwhile, candidates are instructed to be careful while exercising options on the web.

A one-time password will be sent to the registered mobile and mail at the time of entering and submitting web options. The options once exercised are final. No request for a change of options or order of college priorities will be entertained after the closure of the web options schedule. Candidates are instructed to take the printout of the saved options.

UNIVERSITY FEE

The selected candidates have to download the allotment order by paying the University fee for the MBBS courses through Payment Gateway by using online payment methods such as Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking. After paying the university fee candidates need to report to the Principal of the allotted college along with the allotment order and original certificates before the date specified in the allotment order and pay the prescribed tuition fee at the college. INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

1 The allotments will be as per the prioritised options exercised by the candidates.

2 Only Muslim minority candidates are eligible to exercise web options for Management quota seats in Un-aided Private Minority Medical colleges.

3 If Muslim Minority Candidates are not available, the seats will be allotted to NonMuslim Minority Candidates in the Stray Vacancy Round of Counselling. Muslim Minority Candidates are also eligible for Management Quota seats in other Medical Colleges.

4 The selected candidates for the MBBS course in Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women (under SVIMS), Tirupati have to pay the tuition fee at the respective college at the time of admission.

5 Candidates have to exercise options for Self-Financing seats in Government Medical Colleges, and if eligible for NRI Seats in order of priority of the colleges. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidate and as per the rules.

6 Candidates have to exercise options for Category-B & if eligible for Category-C (NRI) in order of priority of the colleges. Allotments will be made according to the order of preference in the web options exercised by the candidate and as per the rules.

7 B1 seats will be filled FIRST in a college based on options by order of merit from the merit list displayed under these regulations - Candidates from all over the country and A.P. are eligible.

8 B2 seats - Local Candidates of Andhra Pradesh i.e., AU/SVU are only eligible and will be filled after exhaustion of B1 Seats in a college as per prioritized options and by order of merit from the merit list displayed under these regulations.

9 Self-financing seats in Govt. Medical Colleges - Local Candidates of Andhra Pradesh i.e., AU/SVU are only eligible.

10 NRI seats – Candidates opted as NRI as per the Merit list are only eligible.

11 If a candidate has not joined/reported in the allotted seat of Phase-I MQ then that particular seat should not be available for that candidate to exercise web options in Phase-II MQ counselling.

12 Candidates allotted seat under the NRI Quota should produce the relevant sponsorship Declaration from an NRI relative / guardian in Original along at the respective colleges along with supporting documents.

13 Candidates will receive the message regarding the allotment of seats if the seat is allotted.

14 Selected candidates have to download the allotment order online with payment of the University fee and report to the Principal of the allotted college before the last date and time for joining as specified on the allotment order with all original certificates and relevant bonds, if any, and pay the tuition fee and college fee to complete the process of admission. If the candidate fails to report before the reporting date and time, the admission will be cancelled automatically.

15 Candidates are hereby informed that final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the college of admission and in case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action will be initiated as per University Regulations.

16 The candidates who do not report at the allotted college in the 1st phase of counselling, will be allowed to participate in the 2nd Phase of counselling.

17 If any candidate wants to withdraw from the course after the closure of admissions in the middle of the course such candidate has to submit his/her request through the Principal of the college concerned along with a course discontinuation fee of Rs.3,00,000/- plus GST as applicable to the University by way of demand draft.

18 Request for withdrawal from the course/cancellation of admission, if any received from the candidate directly to the University, the same will not be entertained under any circumstances and no further correspondence will be entertained.

19 Next rounds of counselling (exercising web options) will be conducted for-

a Unfilled seats in phase – 1.

b Not reported / Not joined seats after Phase-1.
