FNB 2022 Admissions: NBE Releases Schedule For Final Mop-Up Round, details

Delhi: National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the schedule for the final mop-up round of the online centralized merit-based counseling for admission to FNB courses for the 2022 admission session.

The detailed schedule –

1. Login by the candidates and payment of the 1st year course fee to participate in the final mop-up round – 8.5.2023 -9.5.2023 (till 05:00 PM)

2. Filling of choices/ options for the final (mop-up) round of counseling - 8.5.2023 -9.5.2023 (till 05:00 PM)

3. Processing of the allotment – 10.5.2023

4. Result of the allotment – 11.5.2023

5. Physical joining at the allotted institute – 11.5.2023 – 17.5.2023

Only the registered candidates, who have not been allotted seats during the first and second rounds of counseling, will be eligible for the final mop-up round. Candidates who have been allotted an FNB seat in any of the two rounds of counseling but have failed to join the allocated institute shall also be ineligible for participation in the final mop-up round of counseling.

The process of counseling –

Candidates have to log in with their credentials at http://counseling.nbe.edu.in/.  They must pay a 1st-year course fee to participate in the final mop-up round. After payment of the fee, the choice-filling process has to be carried out. Once the choice-filling process is over, the allotment result will be declared.

If an allotted seat, then –

1. Seat freezed in favor of the candidate.

2. Download the allotment letter and visit the allotted hospital to join the seat.

3. Hospital will verify the candidate's original certificates per the prescribed documents listed in the FNB Handbook of Counseling.

4. The candidates must join the allotted hospital if the document verification is successful. If not successful, then exit from the counseling. The 1st year course fee will be forfeited.

If not allotted a seat, then –

1. Exit from the counseling and the 1st year course will be refunded after the counseling process.

After the candidates join, the hospital will upload Annexure-A (joining report) at http://counseling.nbe.edu.in . Once the joining report is uploaded, the counseling process will be considered to be over.

Candidates who did not join their allotted institute in the final mop-up round of counseling by the stipulated date, i.e., 17-05-2023, will lose their FNB Seat & their fee shall be forfeited.
