GMCH Chandigarh notifies round 3 NEET PG counselling schedule, choice filling from January 5, check details

Chandigarh: The Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Chandigarh, has released the schedule for the Chandigarh National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling Round 3 for the academic year 2025.

Therefore, interested and eligible candidates can fill in their college and course preferences for Chandigarh NEET PG 2025 Round 3 counselling on the official website of GMCH Chandigarh.

According to the Chandigarh NEET PG Counselling 2025 Round 3 schedule, candidates who secured seats in Round 1 or 2 admissions can surrender their seats from January 2 to January 4. Following this, the Chandigarh NEET PG 2025 Round 3 seat matrix will be displayed on January 5.

Choice filling for Round 3 admissions will then be open from January 5 to January 6. The results of the Chandigarh NEET PG 2025 Round 3 seat allotment will be declared on January 6.

Following this, candidates who are allotted seats in Round 3 will have to report to their allotted college between January 6 and 7 for document verification and admission confirmation. Meanwhile, candidates who were allotted seats after Round 1 and 2 counselling or who have already reported for admission will have to surrender their seats online as per the Chandigarh NEET PG 2025 Round 3 schedule. Candidates will only be allowed to participate in Round 3 counselling if they have surrendered the seat allotted or taken admission in Round 1 and 2 counselling.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

The list of required documents to be submitted to confirm admissions through Chandigarh NEET PG 2025 counselling is as follows-

1 Printout of the online submitted application form.

2 NEET-PG 2025 Result card.

3 Matriculation certificate showing the date of birth.

4 Detailed marks sheet of all MBBS professional examinations.

5 Internship completion certificate.

6 NMC/State Medical Council registration certificate.

7 Documents to establish eligibility for IP Pool or UT Chandigarh Pool, as applicable

8 Notarised affidavit, if applicable

9 Reserved category (SC or OBC) certificate, if applicable (issued by the competent authority of the UT Chandigarh).

10 PwBD certificate from NMC-notified centre if applicable

11 EWS Certificate if applicable (issued by the UT Chandigarh Administration)

12 OCI card if applicable

13 No Objection Certificate (NOC) if applicable (i.e. in case of in-service candidates).

14 A relieving certificate from the employer before joining the course.

15 Character and conduct certificate from the institution last attended

16 Migration certificate, if available.
