INI CET July Session 2023: AIIMS Gorakhpur To Conduct Spot Round On 29th August, details
Gorakhpur: All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Gorakhpur) has released the schedule for stray/spot round of counseling for MD/MS courses INI-CET PG July 2023 Session.
Detailed schedule –
Venue - LT3, Second Floor, Medical College Building, AIIMS Gorakhpur
1. Verification of original documents and collection of original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopy of any other certificate - 29.08.2023 from 9.30 am to 11 am
2. Allotment of the seat of spot round counselling - 29.08.2023 12 noon onwards
3. Joining the course - 29.08.2023 3 pm onwards
Candidates who are eligible for the spot round as per the instructions should report physically with original documents on 29.08.2023 before 10.30 am. Candidates reporting after 10.30 am shall not be considered for counselling.
Allocation of seats shall be done as per rank/merit.
All the provisionally eligible candidates (point 1) and who are not holding any seat by allocation and wish to participate in the stray vacancy round are mandatorily required to submit all original documents as per the list and an undertaking that if a seat is allocated, then he/she shall take admission and if no admission is taken then a penalty of Rs.3.00 Lacs shall be applicable.
All candidates who have been allocated a seat in any previous round of seat allocation and have joined/reported on the allocated seat as per the procedure of joining/reporting & holding the seat are not eligible for the spot round of counseling at AIIMS Gorakhpur. Please take utmost care and read and understand the above carefully before participating in the stray vacancy round.
All candidates who would be allocated a seat in the spot round are required to join the allocated seat at the allotted institute by 5 pm on the same day, i.e. 29.08.2023. If the candidate does not join the allocated seat, then a penalty of Rs.3 Lacs shall be levied.
All participating candidates must be carrying all original documents where accepting a seat will be treated as on-the-spot admission, and original documents will be deposited on the spot. Non-joining on any accepted seat will lead to the imposition of a penalty as applicable to students resigning after admission.
Seats vacant –
4 seats are vacant for the above round. MD Anaesthesiology, MS ENT, MD Radiotherapy, and MD Pathology have 1 seat each vacant.
Vacant seat position might change if any candidate resigns from the Institute. All seats falling vacant prior to the start of counselling shall be added to the current vacant seats. All reserved seats can be converted to the general pool as per the policy of INI-CET July 2023 counselling in case no candidate of the reserved category is available.
Any candidate submits any document that is not valid as per the prospectus, and any notice published will be treated as providing false information. If it is established, at any time during the process of Seat allocation of INI-CET July 2023 or later, that the applicant has deliberately furnished incorrect information for the purpose of falsification, it shall be treated as an attempt to cheat, and the candidature shall be annulled, and further legal and disciplinary actions will be taken.
Eligibility –
Candidates who have appeared in INI-CET PG for the July 2023 session held on Sunday, the 7th of May 2023 and are declared qualified vide result notification No. 72/2023 dated 13.05.2023 are provisionally eligible.
List of documents required –
1. Registration slip
2. Admit card
3. Rank Card
4. Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
5. Class 10th Certificate and Marks Sheet
6. Class 10+2 Certificate and Mark Sheet
7. Marks Sheet of MBBS- All Professionals, MBBS Degree certificate
8. Internship Completion Certificate
9. Permanent Registration certificate issued by MCI/SMC/NMC, Proof of identity (Aadhar/PAN/Driving License/ Passport)
10. Proof of Address (Aadhar/Driving License/ Passport), SC/ST Certificate, OBC – NCL Certificate (Should be issued between 08.05.2022 to 07.05.2023)
11. EWS Certificate (Valid for the FY 2023-24 and issued between 01.04.2023 to 07.05.2023 based on income of FY 2022-23)
12. Any other certificate deemed necessary
