JnK BOPEE invites applications for DNB admissions, Check out details

Srinagar: Through a recent notice, the Jnk's BOPEE has invited applications from the willing and eligible NEET PG qualified In-service candidates/Doctors of UT of J&K/Ladakh for admission to Post MBBS DNB Seats, Post Diploma DNB Seats & Post MBBS Diploma Seats (Broad Specialty) on prescribed form.

Category (a): Eligibility for Post MBBS DNB & Post MBBS Diploma seats:

I) Candidate must have qualified NEET PG - 2022 conducted by NBE (National Board of Examination).

II) Candidate must be domicile of UT of J&K/ Ladakh. 

III) Candidate must have NOC issued by Health & Medical Education Department of J&K/Ladakh Govt. as the case may be.

Category fb): Ellglbilltvfor Post Diploma DNB Diploma seats:

I) Candidate must have qualified DNB PDCET-2022 conducted by NBE (National Board of Examination).

il) Candidate must have passed Post MBBS Diploma in either of the following) Candidate must have passed Post MBBS Diploma in either of the following streams/disciplines: a. Anesthesiology b. Psychiatry c. Obstetrics & Gynecology d. Pediatrics.

III) Candidate must be domicile of UT of J&K/Ladakh. 

IV) Candidate must have NOC issued by Health & Medical Education Department of J&K /Ladakh Govt., as the case may be.

The candidates are advised to submit their Application forms alongwith the following documents w.e.f 23-10- 2022 to 30-10-2022 (till 3.00 p.m.), physically in the J&K BOPEE Office, Srinagar/Jammu:-

For Category a)

1) Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K/ Ladakh (For candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST Certificate shall be treated as Domicile Certificate).

2) Valid Reserved Category Certificate, wherever applicable,in terms of SRO294 of 2005 dated 21-10-2005 read with SRO 518 dated 02.09.2019, S.O 127 dated: 20-04-2020, S.O. 277 dated: 13-08-2022.

3) Difficult Area Certificate in pursuance of SRO-48 of 2018 dated 30.01.2018, wherever applicable. 

4) No Objection Certificate {NOG} from the Government/Competent Authority. However, if any eligible candidate(s) who fail to submit NOG at the time of submission of application form up to 30-10-2022 are advised to submit an undertaking (on plain paper) to the effect that he/she shallsubm it the NOG at the time of admission in the respective Institution if selected, otherwise his/her admission shall be treated as cancelled abinitio.

5) NEETP6-2022 Score Card.

1) Post MBBS Diploma in either of the following:

a. Anesthesiology

b. Psychiatry

c. Obstetrics & Gynecologist

d. Pediatrics

2) Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K/ Ladakh (For candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST Certificate shall be treated as Domicile Certificate).

3) DNB PDCET - 2022 Score Card.

4) Valid Reserved Category Certificate, wherever applicable, in terms of SRO-294 of 2005 dated 21-10-2005 read with SRO 518 dated 02-09-2019 and S.O 127 dated; 20-04-2020,5.0. 277 dated: 13-08-2022.

5) Difficult Area Certificate in pursuance of SRO-48 of 2018 dated 30-01-2018, wherever applicable.

6) No Objection Certificate (NOG) from the Government/Competent Authority. However, if any eligible candidate(s) who fail to submit NOG at the time of submission of application form up to 30-10-2022 are advised to submit an undertaking (on plain paper) to the effect that he/she shall submit the NOG at the time of admission in the respective Institution, if selected, otherwise his/her admission shall be treated as cancelled abinitio.

NOTE

I) The persons with disability (PWD) candidates are directed to submit their valid PWD certificate in BOPEE Office Srinagar/Jammu up to 30-10-2022 positively.

II) The candidates who want to avail benefit of sports category are advised to apply and submit their sports certificates to Secretary J&K Sports Council Jammu/Srinagar as and when notified by the department of sports. However, the sports category benefit shall be given to only such candidates whose names/eligibility shall be forwarded to the BOPEE by J&K Sports Council.

III) The cut-off date for validity of the category certificates shall be the last date for submission of off line application forms viz; 30-10-2022.

IV) Mere submission of Application forms shall not confer any right on the candidate(s) for admission, which is subject to further check and verification of their eligibility / documents,

V) For candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, an undertaking in the form of compulsory Service Bond (available on BOPEE Website) to the effect that he /she shall serve in the UT of Ladakh for prescribed period as decided by UT of Ladakh immediately after completing his degree/diploma.

VI)  The candidates whose names shall figure In the Provisional Merit List (PML), which shall be notified In due course of time, after conclusion of last date of submission of forms. The candidates shall have to deposit counseling fee of Rs.2000/- through POS machine available at J&K BOPEE offices, Srinagar/Jammu at the time of submission of application form.

VII) Candidates having "Outstanding Proficiency in Sports" must submit their certificates to Secretary, J& K Sports Council for awarding sports points which will be then officially submitted to the Board by the Sports Council. Board shall not be responsible where a candidate fails to submit certificates to the Council or Council falls to forward sports points of a candidate to Board. Candidates belonging to sports category shall be considered on the basis of merit and sports points given by J&K Sports Council.

VIII) The candidates in their own Interest are advised to remain in touch with the website of the Board viz; (www.ikbopee.eov.in) for day to day updates.

IX) The Institution/Discipline & Course wise tentative Intake is annexed as Annexure "B" to this notification for reference.

X) The Annexures "A" &"B" to this Notification shall be available at BOPEE Website only.
