Karnataka: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the combined option entry and seat allotment schedule for NEET UG 2023.

The eligible candidates can carry out the combined entry option for all the courses to which they are eligible (in the order of preference) till 9.8.2023 up to 10:00 am. The mock allotment results will be published on 11.8.2023 after 6:00 pm. Provision to change option entry by eligible candidates (add/alter/rearrange/delete the options) can be done from 08.00 pm on 11.8.2023 to 14.8.2023 up to 11.00 am. Publication of first round allotment result will be done on 16.8.2023 after 6.00 pm.

All candidates are directed to visit the website of KEA http://kea.kar.nic.in at least twice every day for updates. KEA shall not be responsible for any action / consequence/s resulting due to non-diligent follow-up of notices, notifications, and publications appearing on the KEA website about seat allotment.

Academic Eligibility/admissions to Colleges/ Seat Allotments made shall be subject to rules /conditions specified from time to time/approval by NMC, DCI, AICTE, COA, NCISM, NCH, PCI, Government, Concerned University, Apex Bodies, etc.

KEA will reserve the right to withdraw any such admission made at any point in time which is not fulfilling the eligibility criteria/regulations fixed by the Competent Authority from time to time. No individual intimation will be sent to candidates in this regard.

Recently KEA has announced the seat matrix for NEET UG admissions this year. There are a total of 43451 seats for NEET UG. MBBS has 33829 seats, and BDS has 9622 seats. This year seats have been divided into government medical/dental college, non-minority medical/dental college, minority medical college, private university medical/dental, deemed university medical/dental, special category medical/dental, NHK category medical/dental, HK category medical/dental, medical/dental private colleges other than government seats, and KRLMPCA/AMPCK minority dental college.
