The corrigendum states that one candidate has been granted local status based on the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana, while the remaining candidates have been treated as local candidates based on the certificates submitted by them.

In its earlier notice, the university had said, "Candidates can register online and upload scanned certificates on website from 04.30 PM on 16.01.2026 up to 05.00 PM on 18.01.2026. Merit position of the registered candidates will be prepared based on NEET PG 2025 score and other eligibility criteria notified after verification of uploaded certificates. Final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the time of admission at allotted college by admission committee."
