KNRUHS Informs About Web Options For BDS Mop-Up Round

Telangana: Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) informed about exercising web options for mop-up phase counseling for BDS admissions under competent authority quota into affiliated government/private dental colleges, including army dental college.

All the eligible candidates whose names are displayed in the Provisional final merit list on the KNRUHS website who were not allotted any seats in the previous phases of counseling can exercise web options from 5.00 pm on 14.12.2022 to 5.00 pm on 15.12.2022 through the website https://tsbdsadm.tsche.in/.

Non-eligibility –

1. Candidates who were allotted seats in the previous phases of counseling and joined the course (CQ and MQ) are not eligible to exercise web options.

2. Candidates who were allotted seats in the previous phases of counseling and have not reported/discontinued the course (CQ) at the respective college are not eligible for exercising options.

3. Candidates who have not exercised web options in the previous phases of counseling (CQ) are also not eligible to exercise web options.

4. Candidates admitted to All India Quota Counseling as notified by MCC and Dr.YSRUHS (Dr.NTRUHS) counselings (CQ and MQ) are not eligible to exercise web options.

KNRUHS has further informed that the allotment of seats will be made in accordance with the selection procedure notified in Government orders G.O.Ms.No. 114 HM&FW(C1) Dept. Dated:05-07-2017, subsequent amendments, G.O. Ms. No. 125, Health, Medical, and Family Welfare (C1) Department Dated: 22.09.2022, relevant Hon'ble High Court/Supreme court orders and University regulations.

There is no limit to choices for exercising web options. Candidates can exercise web options for vacant seats in any colleges they are interested in joining as per the candidate's eligibility. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number when exercising web options. The password consists of SIX letter code with English capital A to Z. (For details, read construction to the candidates before giving options).

Candidates will receive an SMS message on their registered mobile after the allotment of a seat if allotted. Candidates are also directed to log in to check their allotment status on the https://tsmedadm.tsche.in/ website after each phase of counseling without fail.

The selected candidates will have to download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by gateway method by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking). Candidates should check their allotment and report to the Principal of the respective college on or before the date specified on the allotment letter.

Selected candidates must report to the Principal of the respective college before the last date for joining as specified on the allotment letter, submit all original certificates and relevant bonds, and pay the tuition fee/college fee to complete the admission process. If the candidate does not fulfill the above criteria to complete the admission process within the specified date for joining, the admission will be canceled automatically.

The final verification of original certificates will be conducted at the allotted college. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment will be canceled, and action may be initiated as per University regulations. Candidates must compulsorily join the allotted college in the allotted course without fail in this phase of counseling. Failure to join the course will be considered part of seat blocking, and the University will initiate necessary legal action.

Admitted candidates will have to pay a discontinuation penalty of Rs.20 lakhs as per Government Orders if they discontinue the course after the second phase of counseling or later to get their original certificates back. Candidates also will be debarred for 3 years for BDS admission under KNRUHS to prevent seat blocking.

University Fee -

Allotted Candidates have to pay the University fee of Rs. 12000 for the BDS Course through a payment Gateway by using an online payment method. (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and download the allotment letter.

Tuition Fee -

Tuition fee is to be paid at respective Dental colleges. The tuition fee is payable as notified by the Government of Telangana in GO Ms. No:5, HM& FW (C1)Department, Dated:27. 01.2022 (notified on KNRUHS website)

Candidates note that the tuition fee at army dental college in exercising the web options of their priority of dental colleges.
