Telangana: The candidates willing to apply for PG Medical Degree/Diploma Courses under Competent Authority Quota for 2022-23 can apply till 30th August 2022 up to 5:00 pm. Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNURUHS) announced this through a written notice published on the website.

The candidates can apply and upload the certificates through the website https://tspgmed.tsche.in. They are advised to take a printout of the Prospectus / Instructions to fill out the application form. The date of merit list, date of choice filling, and date of commencement of classes will be notified later. The closure of admission will be as per NMC/MCI guidelines. Printout of the application along with all enclosures should be submitted at the time of verification.

Registration and processing Fee –

1. The Registration and processing fee of Rs.5500 (Bank transaction charges extra) is for OC & BC candidates and Rs.5000 (Bank transaction charges extra) for SC/ST candidates. The fee shall be paid online through Debit card / Credit card or net Banking.

2. Registration and processing fees, once paid, will not be refunded or adjusted to a further date.

Candidates who completed MBBS from other states must pay an Equivalency Verification fee for certificate verification apart from the Registration fee as follows –

1. MBBS Degree from other states Rs.5000, Other countries Rs.7000.

Suppose the candidates are found to have submitted false information or concealed any relevant information regarding this matter. In that case, such candidates are liable to be disqualified for admission, and in the case already admitted, the admission will be canceled. Furthermore, further disciplinary action against them will be initiated by the University as per rules.

Steps to register for the PG admission program -

Points to be kept in mind while filling out the application form –

1. Do not use mobiles and tablets to Apply. Use only computers.

2. Do not select or enter false information which can be liable for Criminal Action.

3. Avoid using a slow internet facility.

4. The candidates should keep their mobile with them while applying.

5. The candidates should not block SMS.

Certificate to be submitted along with the application form –

1. Copy of Provisional or Original MBBS Degree

2. Certificate. (Mandatory)

3. Copy of MBBS study certificate. (Mandatory)

4. Copy of the Compulsory Rotatory Internship certificate.

5. (Mandatory)

6. Copies of Permanent Medical Registration from the respective State Medical Council. (Mandatory)

7. If the candidate has completed MBBS from Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada, they

8. has to submit study certificates from 6th to Intermediate / 10+2. (Mandatory if applicable)

9. 10 years Residence proof/ Study certificates for candidates claiming unreserved quota seats (Residents of TS/AP who studied MBBS outside TS/AP or other countries). (Mandatory if applicable)

10. Social Status Certificate (Permanent Caste Certificate) as shown in Annexure - I in the application form issued through Mee-Seva. (Mandatory if applicable)

11. Service Certificate in case of In-service candidates as in Annexure-III B (Mandatory if applicable)

12. NEET PG - 2022 – SCORECARD. (Mandatory)

13. Photo identity proof (Aadhar) (Mandatory)

14. Minority Certificate ( Mandatory if Applicable )

15. Candidate's Latest passport size Photo (Mandatory)

16. Specimen Signature of the Candidate (Mandatory)

Eligibility –

1. The Candidate should be a Citizen of India. Candidates who satisfy the Local or Nonlocal status as per G.O.P.No. 646 Education (W) Department, Dated 10-7-1979 (Presidential Order) only are eligible to apply for PG Medical admissions.

2. Candidates who have studied MBBS in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and obtained degrees are eligible.

3. Candidates who are domicile of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh and studied MBBS/equivalent course and obtained a degree from other states in India / other country are eligible.

4. the NMC should recognize MBBS/Equivalent Degree.

5. Must have studied MBBS in any one of the Medical Colleges in India.

6. MBBS Graduates should have completed internships on or before 31-07-2022 from recognized colleges (by NMC).

7. In the case of In-service candidates, Government service rendered shall be calculated as on 31-07-2022.

8. Candidates must have registered with the State Medical Council and be subject to the fulfillment of the conditions stipulated in the Regulations. Their documentary proof should be uploaded along with the online application.

Eligibility conditions in respect of candidates who are domicile of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh and possess foreign medical degrees –

1. The candidate shall satisfy Local / Nonlocal status as per GO.No.646 Edu. (W1) department dated 10-07-1979 and Presidential order. The candidates who are eligible as Nonlocal status candidates are eligible for 15% unreserved seats only. The local candidates are also eligible for15% unreserved seats.

2. If the candidate has a Medical qualification equivalent to MBBS (Primary Medical qualification) from countries outside India, the Degree should have been recognized by the Medical Council of India/National Medical Commission for enrolment as a Medical Practitioner in the Country and registered by MCI/NMC.

3. Candidate must have Permanent Registration with the Medical Council of India / any State Medical Council, and a certificate should be uploaded along with the application.

Candidates note that those who are studying Postgraduate Degree/Diploma and DNB courses are not eligible to apply for Postgraduate Degree/Diploma and DNB courses.

Number of Seats –

1. The number of seats to be available for the academic year 2022-23 in Post Graduate Medical Degree/Diploma courses after excluding seats contributed to All India Quota from Government Medical Colleges and Competent Authority Quota seats in Private Medical colleges will be in accordance with the orders of the NMC / GOI / Govt. of Telangana.

2. The seat matrix will be displayed on the KNRUHS website before the notification for exercising web options for counseling.

3. If the Government of India permits any new PG Medical seats in colleges affiliated to the KNRUHS for the Academic Year 2022-23, those seats will also be filled up.

Reservation –

Admission to 85% of the seats shall be reserved in favor of the local candidates in relation to the local area as provided in AP Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, 1974 for Non- State- Wide courses as given in Annexure-III of GO (P) No. 646, Edu. (W1) Department, dt.10-7-1979.

Merit details –

1. Online application form without uploading mandatory Certificates, Passport size photo, without a signature at declaration area, incomplete applications will be automatically rejected and will not be considered for determining the Merit position in respective categories using NEET– PG – 2022 Rank.

2. The mere fact that the Merit position is issued to the candidate does not imply that the University accepts the candidature, and it does not mean that the entries made by the candidate in the online application are accepted as true and correct.

Admission details –

1. The candidate should submit the printout of the filled-in Online application form and original certificates along with 1 set of self-attested copies to the Principal of the allotted college at the time of joining for final verification. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment order will be canceled.

2. Candidates may please note that the University will take up the verification of certificates with regard to eligibility conditions. If the information furnished by the candidates in the application is incorrect, their candidature will be canceled, and further action that deems fit will be taken.

3. Candidates' eligibility for admission into PG courses for the academic year 2022- 2023 will be examined by the University only after scrutiny of the application, along with all copies of required certificates and provisional final merit list will be notified.

4. Registration and uploading of Scanned Original certificates will be done only once irrespective of the number of times exercising web options/number of counselings.

5. The University and concerned departmental officials shall scrutinize uploaded Original Certificates. After scrutiny of the application and certificates, the final merit list will be released.

6. Admissions will be in accordance with the Orders issued from time to time by the State Government with regard to the process of Admissions to Post Graduate Medical Courses and relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court and Hon'ble High Court orders.
