KNRUHS to End PG Medical Admissions Web-Option For Competent Quota Tomorrow, 243 Seats Available For Mop-Up Phase Counselling

Telangana- Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) is going to end the web-option process for the additional mop-up phase of counselling for postgraduate (PG) medical admissions under the competent authority quota for the academic year 2024-25 tomorrow.

According to the notification issued in this regard, the web option process for admission to PG medical courses will end on 16 February 2025, at 04.00 pm. Candidates whose names are notified in the updated provisional final merit list of PG medical admission are only eligible to exercise the online web option. Candidates can exercise options on the web through a computer either from home / any other place having an internet facility.

If a PG seat is allotted in this phase of counselling as per web options exercised by the candidate, the seat allotted in the previous phase of counselling will be automatically cancelled and allotted to the other candidate. Therefore, the candidates are informed to exercise web options carefully for sliding with awareness of this fact.

Through the notice, candidates are also advised to exercise web options for PG seats in all courses and colleges in which they are interested to join irrespective of available vacant seats shown in the seat matrix, as vacancies may arise during the counselling process due to sliding of candidates from allotted seats in previous phases of counselling to other seats as per their web options in the Additional Mop up phase of counselling. If candidates are not interested to join in any subject or college, they should not exercise web options for the same

Meanwhile, the allotted candidates will also have to pay the university fee of Rs Rs.49,600/- for MQ1 Management Quota sub-category 1 and Rs 69,600/- for MQ2 (NRI) & MQ3 (Institutional Quota). The fee should be paid online payment gateway and download the allotment letter. However, candidates who have already paid the university fee in the previous stage need not pay again. Along with this, candidates will also have to pay tuition fees in the respective medical colleges. However, the University fee and other fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

The selected candidates shall download the allotment letter from the website after payment of the University fee by payment gateway by using the Online payment method i.e. Debit Card, Credit Card or Internet Banking. Candidates should check their allotment details and report to the Principal of their respective Medical College on or before the last date specified on the allotment letter.

Along with this, KNRUHS has also released the list of available seats for the additional Mop-Up Phase of Counselling for PG Medical Admission under the Management Quota 2024-25. As per the list of available seats, a total of 243 seats are available across 15 PG Medical Courses.
