Maha CET Cell Releases Revised Round 2 Schedule For NEET PG, NEET MDS Counselling, details

Maharashtra: Recently, Maha CET Cell announced the counselling schedule for NEET PG & MDS 2023 CAP Round 2 and Round 3. Now the revised schedule has been released, however, the schedule for CAP Round 3 remains the same as per the previous notice.

Detailed schedule –

CAP Round 2 -

1. Last date to resign CAP Round -1 seat without forfeiture of security deposit – Up to 01/09/2023 05.30 pm

2. Publication of Seat Matrix for CAP Round -2 - 02/09/2023

3. Online Preference/Choice Form Filling Process of eligible candidates for CAP Round - 2 of NEET-PG2023 & NEET MDS-2023 (Choices filled during CAP1 will be null & void) - 02/09/2023 to 04/09/2023 05.30 pm

4. Declaration of Second Selection List (CAP-2) of NEET-PG-2023 & NEET MDS-2023 - 06/09/2023

5. Physical Joining and Filling of Status Retention form with All Original Documents & Requisite Fees by DD/Cheque at the allotted college - 07/09/2023 to 11/09/2023 05.30 pm

6. Last date of Cancellation of admission for Joined candidates with forfeiture of Security Deposit - 18/09/2023 up to 05.30 pm

Maha CET Cell has further announced that the schedule for CAP Round-3, published in Notice No.02, dated 21/08/2023, will remain the same.

CAP Round 3 schedule -

1. Online Registration & Session apply for NEET PG- 2023 (MD/MS/Diploma) & NEET-MDS-2023 - 18/09/2023 to 21/09/2023 up to 11.59 pm

2. Payment of Registration Fees (Non-Refundable- Rs.3000/-) and Security Deposit (as applicable) through online payment gateway (Only those candidates who had failed to register previously or whose security deposit is forfeited as per rules need to register again) - 18/09/2023 to 22/09/2023 up to 11.59 am

3. Uploading of all required Colored Scan Original Documents in PDF after successful Payment - 18/09/2023 to 22/09/2023 up to 03.00 pm

4. Publication of General List of Registered Candidates (Including In-service, NRI, PWD) of NEET-PG-2023 & NEET MDS-2023 - 23/09/2023

5. Publication of Combined Common Provisional State Merit List of NEET-PG-2023 & NEET MDS-2023 - 23/09/2023

6. Publication of Seat Matrix for CAP-3 - 21/09/2023

7. Online Preference/Choice Form Filling Process of eligible candidates for CAP- 3 of NEET-PG-2023 & NEET MDS-2023 - 23/09/2023 to 25/09/2023 up to 06.00 pm

8. Declaration of Third Selection List of NEET-PG-2023 & NEET MDS-2023 - 26/09/2023

9. Physical Joining with All Original Documents & Requisite Fees by DD/Cheque at the allotted college - 27/09/2023 to 30/09/2023 up to 05.30 pm

The candidate will be allowed to fill preferences of Government/ Corporation/ Government Aided / Unaided Private and Minority Institutions depending upon the deposit amount the candidate has paid during registration.

Candidates interested in participating in CAP Round - II must fill out an online preference form. The preferences filled during CAP Round - I will be NULL & VOID. They should ascertain their eligibility for each round as per the Information Brochure of NEET PG 2023/ NEET MDS 2023.

The filling of the status retention form is the choice of the candidate. However, the status retention form, once filled, cannot be taken back. Hence, candidates should be careful while filling out the status retention form. Candidates of CAP-1, if they fail to resign before the last date, will be considered as part of CAP-2, and rules will apply accordingly.
