MBBS admissions 2021 at GMC Haldwani: DME Uttarakhand issues SOP for NEET candidates, Details
Uttarakhand: Through a recent notice, the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Uttarakhand, has released an SOP for NEET candidates seeking MBBS admissions into Government Medical College Haldwani this year.
All the concerned candidates are advised to take note of the following SOP:

e. HighSchool (10th) Marks Sheet/DOB Certificate
f. HighSchool (10th) Certificate
g. Intermediate (10+2) Marks Sheet
h. Intermediate (10+2) Certificate
i. EWS Certificate
j. Transfer Certificate
k. Migration Certificate
l. Domicile
m. Character Certificate (from last institution attended)
n. Reservation Category Certificate
o. Sub Category Certificate
p. Gap Period Affidavit (if applicable)
q. Self Declaration as University direction
r. Other relevant Affidavits as required

u. Any other document required as per the requisite of MCC or State counselling authority
- Candidates reporting to the college must carry one of the identification proofs (ID Proof) at the time of admission (as mentioned in the Information Bulletin published for the NTA-UG 2021 viz. PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport or Aadhar Card).
- Receipt of admission & other fees
- Medical Fitness certificate
- Recent Passport size colour Photographs Six (06)
- 02 set of Attested photocopies of above certificates
