MBBS Admissions 2023: Maha CET Cell Announces Schedule For Stray Vacancy, Institutional Level Rounds, know provisional seat matrix details

The provisional seat matrix for Private/Minority Medical Colleges for the online institutional level round and selection list in Government/Government Aided/Corporation Medical Colleges CAP stray vacancy round 2 have also been released.

The online stray vacancy round -2, declared as per Notice No.09 dated 18-09-2023, stands cancelled. The seats remaining vacant in Government/Govt. Aided/Corporation Medical Colleges will be filled by online stray vacancy round(s) as per the schedule given below. Whereas the seats remaining vacant in Private unaided Medical Colleges will be filled at the Institute level as per the schedule given below.

Detailed schedule for –

Online stray vacancy round – 2 & 3 for MBBS course -

The physical joining with all original documents & requisite fees by DD/Cheque at the allotted college can be done till 28-09-2023 up to 06.00 pm. Fees can be paid by Cheque on Holidays to be replaced by DD on the next working day.

On 29-09-2023, the selection list of online stray vacancy round 3 will be declared. The physical joining with all original documents & requisite fees by DD/Cheque at the allotted college can be done till 30-09-2023. Fees can be paid by Cheque on Holidays to be replaced by DD on the next working day. Reporting of all admitted candidates on the portal of State CET Cell needs to be done till 30-09-2023, 11:59 pm.

Institutional level stray vacancy round only for private unaided / minority medical colleges MBBS course –

The eligible desirous candidate must apply online mode (through email only) to the respective college in a prescribed format separately for State Quota and Institutional Quota. The official email of the college is mentioned in the list attached in the notice enclosed below. The candidates can apply till 28-09-2023 up to 05.30 pm.

Publication of the list of applicants, merit list, selection list and wait list (quota wise) separately at the notice board and the website of respective Colleges will be done on 28-09-2023 by 06.30 pm. The selected candidates can join till 29-09-2023 up to 06.00 pm with all necessary original documents and requisite fees.

On 29-09-2023, up to 07.00 pm, the publication of residual vacancies and wait list on the notice board & on the websites of respective Colleges will be done. Reporting of waitlisted candidates to college for the residual vacancy can be done till 30-09-2023 up to 03.00 pm. On 30-09-2023, 03.30 pm onwards, the filling of residual vacancy from reported waitlisted candidates as per merit. Reporting of all admitted candidates on the portal of State CET Cell needs to be done till 30-09-2023, 11:59 pm.

A total of 141 seats are left for private medical colleges.

Selection list CAP stray vacancy round 2 -

The selection list in Government/Government Aided/Corporation Medical Colleges CAP stray vacancy round 2 has also been released. Last date of joining the respective college is 28-09-2023 up to 5.30 pm (Including all Holidays). The admitting Institute will verify the original documents and ascertain the eligibility of the candidates as per the NEET(UG)-2023 brochure. Candidate should submit all the original documents and pay requisite fees in the selected college within the stipulated time; failing which this selection stands cancelled. This provisional seat allotment is conducted on the seat(s) that are approved/permitted by MCI/NMC/DCI and affiliated to MUHS, Nashik only and is subject to approval by ARA. The detailed selection list is enclosed in the notice below.
