MBBS Admissions: Dr NTRUHS Notifies on Free Exit Option for Phase 1, 2 Joined Candidates
Andhra Pradesh- Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr NTRUHS) has released a notification regarding the free exit from the Phase 1 or Phase 2 reported/Joined college for admission into the MBBS Course under Competent Authority Quota Seats for the Academic Year 2024-25.
As per the notification, Reported/Joined candidates of Phase-I or Phase-II are permitted to exit from the reported seat on or before 3.00 P.M. on 14 October 2024 and shall submit their requests to the Principal concerned. Thereafter, no candidate will be permitted to withdraw from the joined seat under Phase-I/ Phase-II Counselling.
Along with this, the Principals shall accept the Free EXIT requests from the candidates in the enclosed format and shall return original certificates and entire Tuition fee and other fees, if any to the candidates immediately and freeze the latest data by 4.00 PM on 14 October 2024.
Such candidates will not be eligible for further rounds of Competent Authority Quota counselling. However, such candidates can join MQ Phase-III of Dr NTR UHS, Vijayawada, if the seat is allotted.
After completion of notified schedule, no candidate will be permitted to withdraw from the joined seat upto / under Phase-II Counselling and cannot resign the seat. Also, the candidates who have not utilized the scheduled free exit option are not eligible to participate in MQ Phase-III counselling.
Candidates who have resigned from the Phase-I or Phase-II reported/joined seat before the said date will be considered as not reported/not joined and such vacated seats will be filled in Phase-III counselling as per rules.
Phase-I or Phase-II reported candidates who have not opted to exit under this notification will be considered for Phase-III of counselling for upgradation/sliding as per the one-time options already exercised and will be considered as a part of Phase-III and the same rules will apply to them as applicable for Phase-III of counselling as per the procedure notified.
