Tamil Nadu: The tentative allotted list released of 14th March 2022 stands cancelled, and the tentative allotted list for round 2 for government college and government quota seats in self-financing colleges has been released for MBBS, BDS courses in the state. Confirmation to this was made by the Director of Medical Education (DME) in a written notice.
The previously selected candidate's list became void because of the cancellation of the allotted list. As a result, candidates cannot claim the round 2 cancelled results. The results were declared on 14th March 2022.
A tentative allotted list of round 2 for government college and government quota seats in self-financing colleges has been released. A total of 6671 candidates are there on the list.
The selection committee of the state follows the looping system for allotment of seats.
The admission to candidates will be made by online counselling based on rank by applying the rule of reservation. Candidates absent at the scheduled time and date of online counselling will not be considered for admission. For candidates who give a valid reason for absence, the selection committee can allow the candidate to attend the online counselling. The permitted candidates can only claim the course and college available at the time of online counselling when they attend. The choices, once locked, cannot be changed.
