In addition, such candidates must obtain a fresh online generated admission letter for the changed category or quota seat; otherwise, the assigned seat will be cancelled due to non-admission.
The Medical Counselling Committee is an organization under the Directorate General of Health Services affiliated with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. MCC is responsible for allotting seats for undergraduate, postgraduate and super-specialty medical and dental courses in government-run/aided colleges and deemed-to-be-university colleges. The seats are allocated online based on the candidate's National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) score.
