Delhi: One final opportunity is given to the candidates who have applied for - DNB-PDCET 2023 to submit deficient documents. The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released the list of candidates who must submit deficient documents.

The candidates can submit the deficient documents till 16.4.2023 till 11:55 pm. 3. Documents can only be submitted through the Online Deficient Document Submission Portal, accessed through the web link https://exam.natboard.edu.in/pdcet.php 

Regarding clauses 2.11 and 8.27 of the Information Bulletin for DNB-PDCET 2023, candidates who fail to submit duly completed applications with requisite documents and/or fail to rectify the deficiencies in their applications by the last date prescribed for rectification will be declared ineligible. Admit cards will not be issued to candidates who are declared ineligible before the conduct of the examination.

A list of candidates required to submit documents deficient in their applications has also been released. The detailed list is enclosed in the notice below.

The following is the reason for the deficiency –

1. Certificate of PG Medical Diploma Qualification not submitted OR not signed by dean/ registrar/ principal of the medical college concerned.

2. Bonafide certificate confirming the name of the Medical College for the PG Medical Diploma Qualification was not submitted.

3. Status of recognition of PG Medical Diploma Qualification not confirmed from NMC website either Additional Qualification Registration Certificate(AQRC) issued by NMC to be submitted OR Additional Qualification Registration Certificate(AQRC) issued by State Medical Council along with Indian Medical Register (IMR) certificate issued by NMC mentioning your PG Diploma qualification is required to be submitted.

4. Mismatch in Name mentioned in Application vis‐à‐vis name mentioned in PG Medical Diploma Qualification Certificate.

DNB-PDCET 2023 is the ranking examination for admission to various Post Diploma DNB courses of the 2023 admission session. The National Board of Examinations will conduct it in Medical Sciences on a computer-based platform. The candidates' documents will be verified during the counselling/ admission process.
