The WBMCC has announced the tentative counselling schedule for NEET UG admissions for the state, private, and NRI quota for 2022-23.

Detailed schedule –

1. Publication notice cum information bulletin – 21st October 2022

2. Online Registration, Fee payment by candidates qualified through NEET UG 2022 – 22nd October 2022, 4:00 pm – 25th October 2022, 12:00 am

3. After successful Registration and Fee payment, verification of candidates in the already designated college and time slot by the verifying officials with the help of software – 25th October 2022 – 28th October 2022 (11:00 am to 4:00 pm)

4. Publication of seat – 28th October by 6:00 pm

5. Publication of Provisional List of Successfully verified candidates - 28th October by 6:00 pm

6. Publication of Final List of Successfully verified candidates – 29th October 2022 by 12:00 pm

7. Online Choice filling and Choice Locking by the verified candidates in Final List – 29th October 2022, 2:00 pm, - 31st October 2022, 7:00 am

8. Publication of provisional allotment Result Round 1 – 1st November 2022, after 6:00 pm

9. The Reporting and Admission of allotted Candidates to the allotted Institute with requisite original documents, requisite college fee, and bond after physical document verification (Once Successfully re-verified, they can get admitted in the allotted seat) 2nd November 2022 – 4th November 2022, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

WBMCC, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal, Swasthya Bhawan, conduct the counselling session for West Bengal MBBS/BDS/Ayush admissions 2022. The authority conducts counselling for 85% of quota seats in the state medical and dental colleges.

NEET UG counselling 2022 will be conducted in two rounds, both of which will be conducted online. The third round will be led only if seats are left vacant after the second round. Candidates who qualify for the NEET UG this year will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.

Recently Medical Dialogues team reported that WBMCC had issued a notice informing about the bond amounts and reporting deadlines for Round 1 NEET PG and MDS candidates. Provisional allotment result for PG Medical and PG Dental Round 1 2022 is published. The individual allotment letters are available for download for the successful candidates from the counselling website till the closure of the updated schedule of round 1 admission. The allotted candidates are required to attend the allotted college within the round 1 admission schedule, i.e. between 10 am till 6 pm on the scheduled dates as per server time. The last date to admit was 17th October 2022.
