NEET 2023 Counselling Process To Begin Soon, Check List Of Documents Required

Delhi: NEET UG counselling process is going to begin soon. Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will conduct the counselling process. The NEET exam was held on 7th May 2023 and 6th June 2023 (Manipur candidates).

MCC will conduct 15% of AIQ seats, and the rest 85% of state quota seats will be completed by the State Counselling authorities. Its role is limited to allotment of seats to the participating candidates, as per their merit and choice, which starts only after receiving the list/data/information of successful candidates from the National Testing Agency, i.e. the NEET (UG) examination conducting body.

Candidates who have qualified for the NEET UG exam this year can apply for the counselling process. To participate in the counselling process, eligible candidates must register online on MCC's official website. The candidates should open the official website of MCC and click on the online registration tab on the homepage. They must enter their NEET Roll Number, password, and security pin. They must fill in the details, pay the application fee, and submit the form.

The seats available under different quotas for NEET UG counselling include All India Quota Seats, State Government Quota Seats, Central Institutions/Universities/Deemed Universities, State/Management/NRI Quota Seats in Private Medical / Dental Colleges or any Private University, Central Pool Quota Seats, All seats including NRI Quota as well as Management Quota, are in private unaided/aided minority / non-minority medical colleges, and AIIMS Institutes across India/JIPMER.

1. Standard 10th (SSC) mark-sheet

2. Standard 12th (HSC) mark-sheet

3. NEET-UG-2023 scorecard

4. NEET admit card

5. Proof of Birth Date

6. ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)

7. Category certificate (if applicable)

8. Person With Benchmark Disability (PwBD) Certificate (if applicable)

9. Citizenship certificate (applicable for NRI/OCI/Foreign citizen candidates)

10. Passport-size photographs
