NEET 2025 Counselling: UP DGME Revised Round 1 Schedule OUT, Registration Begins Today
Uttar Pradesh- The Director General, Medical Education & Training (DGME) of Uttar Pradesh has extended the UP state National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) Round 1 Counselling schedule for the academic year 2025 for admission into the MBBS and BDS courses.
This has been done after the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has recently revised the NEET UG Counselling schedule.
As per the Extended Schedule of the first round of UP NEET UG Counseling 2025 for admission to state quota seats of MBBS/BDS courses in government/private medical/dental colleges/institutions/universities, the online registration, uploading of documents and deposition of the registration and security money process begins today i.e. 08th August 2025. Following this, the Merit List will be declared on 11th August along with the choice filling process.

Meanwhile, it is to be noted that only those candidates will be eligible for choice filling who have completed the registration process and whose original documents have been verified online and who have deposited the security Fee.
However, candidates who have already completed online registration, document verification and deposited registration fee and security money as per the schedule issued earlier for the first round of counseling of UP NEET UG 2025, are not required to re-register, re-verify documents and deposit registration fee and security money.
In addition, such candidates, who have locked their choices after choice filling between 31 July 2025 to 04 August 2025 as per the schedule issued earlier for the first round counseling of UP NEET UG 2025, no request for unlocking of their choices or making changes in the choices filled by them will be considered.
