Madhya Pradesh- As per the order of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, the National Testing Agency (NTA) released the result of the National Eligibility and Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET UG) results for the academic year 2025 for those candidates whose scorecards were withheld earlier.

These candidates had filed a petition in the Madhya Pradesh High Court citing inconvenience caused at the examination centres due to power cuts.

Candidates affected by power outage at the examination centres in Indore and Ujjain requested for re-examination, but it was rejected. Therefore, NTA released the results of these candidates.

In this regard, NTA has issued a notice stating that "In pursuance of the order passed by the Hon'ble Madhya Pradesh High Court (Indore Bench) on 14th July 2025 in Writ Appeal No. 1842/2025 (and related matters), the results of the concerned candidates, which were earlier withheld, are now being declared."
