NEET Admissions 2022: DME Gujarat Informs on round 1 allotment, reporting

Gujarat: The Director of Medical Education (DME Gujarat) issued details related to NEET UG admissions. The rank-wise results have also been announced. 

Detailed schedule -

1. Online Payment OR *Payment of Tuition Fees at a designated branch of HDFC Bank – till 05/11/2022 03:30 pm

2. Reporting & Original Document Submission at Help Center – till 05/11/2022 06:00 pm

Process for admission confirmation –

1. After choice filling, ACPUGMEC will declare the result as per the merit number and choices filled by the candidate.

2. Candidate can download his allotment letter and fees challan from his account after login with the help of a User ID & Password.

Payment of fees –

1. Candidate can pay the tuition fees of allotted college either by online payment mode through the official website of ACPUGMEC or by cash/ Demand Draft through a designated branch of the bank (A list of designated HDFC bank's branches is available on the admission committee's website http://medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx).

2. After tuition fees, students must collect the receipt generated from the ACPUGMEC portal in 2 copies and a copy of the challan (2 copies).

3. For NRI Candidate: The candidate who has been allotted a seat in the NRI category must pay Rs. 5.00 lakh (as Refundable Deposit) by online payment gateway or cash or Demand Draft in favour of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar in the designated bank's branches approved by ACPUGMEC. After that, students must confirm admission by submitting the Original Documents Help CenterIn addition, then-candidate has to pay prescribed tuition fees in US Dollars or an equivalent amount in any currency on or before 7th November 2022, up to 03:00 pm at the admitted institute. The admission will be cancelled if any candidate fails to deposit this fee at the admitted institute within the stipulated timeframe. ACPUGMEC will refund the deposit amount of Rs. 5.00 lakh after completing the admission process.

Instructions for admission confirmation –

Candidate has to make a prior appointment for the Document Submission at Help Center. Candidates can select the Date and Help Center for Document Submission when printing the Allotment Letter.

After payment of tuition fees, the candidates who have been allotted seats have to submit their original documents at the appointed Help Centre as under -

1. Allotment Letter of ACPUGMEC.

2. Receipt of Payment of Tuition Fee at Bank

3. Tuition Fee Receipt generated thru' the Admission Module

4. Print Copy NEET-UG mark sheet of the current academic year.

5. Std. 10th Marksheet.

6. Std. 12th Marksheet.

7. Document showing the place of birth & Date of Birth & Indian Citizenship (School leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate/ Passport/ Birth Certificate).

8. Domicile Certificate for students born outside Gujarat (with signature and stamp of Authority) issued by Competent Authorities (Mamlatdar / Executive Magistrate / Commissioner of Police) of Gujarat State only.

9. For SEBC, ST and SC Category: Caste certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only.

10. For SEBC Category: Non-creamy layer certificate (Parishistha '4' in Gujarati/English) issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only after 01/04/2020.

11. For EWS (Economically Weaker Sections) Category: EWS certificate issued by Competent Authorities of Gujarat State only.

12. Copy of Passport (if Citizenship is Dual).

13. Physical Fitness Certificate.

14. NOC/Cancellation Order.

15. Defense Certificate.

16. Any other document as per requirement.

Steps for admission confirmation –

1. Step-1: Open the website for UG admission. https://www.medadmgujarat.org/ug/home.aspx.

2. Step-2: Login to your account

3. Step-3: Check your Allotment status step-4: Print the Allotment letter anmakeke an appointment at a nearby helcentreer from your login (For NRI students GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar Only)

4. Step-5: Print fees challan (for all students) & Do Online payment through the ACPUGMEC portal OR follow

5. Step-6: Go to a nearby designated HDFC bank (fees can be deposited using Cash or DD only)

6. Step-7: If you have paid fees at the Bank counter, collect the fees receipt provided by HDFC bank and your fees challan stamped by HDFC bank.

7. Step-8: Visit the selected helcentreer for an appointment with the Original Documents mentioned in the Allotment letter with fees receipt and challan certified by HDFC bank.

8. Step-9: Submit original documents in A3 (11*15 inches) size cover with your details written on it (as per website) with fees receipt

9. Step-10: Collect your admission order signed and stamped by the nodal officer from the help centre and secure it for further rounds
