NEET Counselling: DME Tripura Informs on Round 2, Check out schedule, seat matrix

Tripura: The Director of Medical Education (D.M.E. Tripura) informed about Round 2 of Tripura state NEET UG 2022 counselling for allotment of state quota seats of MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS/BASLP seats and MBBS seats at Tripura Medical College. The seat matrix has also been released.

As per the notice, MBBS seats at Tripura Medical College for All India candidates other than Tripura domicile will be started from 07-11-2022.

The schedule for the tad Round of Tripura State NEET UG 2022 Counselling for allotment of MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BASLP seats are as follows -

Registration

7th November 2022 from 2 pm to 8th November 2022

Choice filling

10th November 2022 & 11th Nov 2022

Result

16th November 2022

Registration fee for new registration –

1. U.R./General- Rs. 1800/-

2. EWS/OBC-NCL- Rs. 1500/-

3. SC/ST/PwD/Transgender- Rs. 1000

The candidates note that state domicile O.B.C. candidates will be treated as U.R. category.

All the candidates have to deposit the mandatory security deposit, which is mandatory to participate in Round 2, to be eligible to get a seat in MBBS in Institutions as follows –

Seats in Govt. Colleges (RIMS, Imphal and AGMC) –

1. U.R. – Rs. 10000

2. SC/ST - Rs. 5000

Seats in Non-Govt. College (Tripura Medical college) – All categories – Rs 100000

The mandatory security deposit for BHMS/BAMS/BSALP seat eligibility shall be as per MBBS seats eligibility in Govt. colleges as stated in the table above in S.I. No.1.

Eligibility and qualification -The eligibility and qualification to get a seat shall be in accordance with the information bulletin 2022 published by NTA/Guidelines of MCC/NMC/MCl/MoHFW/Ministry of AYUSH/ Respective guidelines of sponsoring Institutions.

Details issued –

1. An already registered candidate of Round 1 shall have to login into their profile in the Counselling link and fill in their choices.

2. A registered candidate in round 1 must deposit the mandatory security deposit to participate in Round 2.

3. Freshly registered candidates shall submit registration fees and Security deposit as notified earlier, which is mandatory for all to participate in Round 2. Documents of Eligibility, Educational Notification, NEET UG 2022 Score Card, Admit Card, Age Proof Certificate and all other relevant certificates shall be uploaded during Online Registration.

4. The transaction copy of the bank deposit/copy of the draft in respect of the mandatory security deposit shall have to be uploaded, without which a candidate's candidature for participating in Round 2 may not be considered.

5. The fresh candidates are also reminded to go through the information bulletin and earlier notifications issued by the Director of Medical Education, Govt. of Tripura, regarding the earlier Round of Tripura NEET UG 2022 Counselling to keep abreast of the counselling.

6. All the eligible aspirant candidates are instructed to follow the D.M.E. website regularly for updates and the next notifications regarding counselling.

7. Link for Round-2 online counselling- www.dmeonline.tripura.qov.in.

8. Candidates are instructed to participate in the "Choice filling" as per their choices in the Counselling link: dmeonline.tripura.gov.in for allotment of seats as per seat matrix and category according to Merit (Result score and Rank of NEET UG 2022).

9. Allotted candidates are instructed to get admitted to any allotted seat in an Institution outside Tripura as soon as possible on or before 21st November 2022 after taking the Nominations from the Directorate of Medical Education, Govt. of Tripura, Bidurkarta Chowmuhani, Agartala accordingly. However, Candidates are instructed to follow the website of Allotted Institutions for details regarding admission and other details.

10. A candidate, once admitted to a Round-2 allotted seat, shall be at the end of the counselling for them. The last surrender date of an allotted Round-2 seat or an admitted Round-1 seat is 18th November 2022 by 4 pm.

11. A candidate allotted a Round-2 seat but not admitted to the Round-2 seat can move to Mop up the round with "forfeiture of Security Deposit". Application for such opted "forfeiture by a Candidate" to go to Mop Up Round shall have to be addressed to D.M.E. mentioning all details of NEET result and Registered Phone Number and email I.D. with supportive documents on or before 18th November 2022 by 4 pm.

12. The application of such "forfeiture" shall have to be submitted physically by a candidate along with sending the same application with relevant documents through email from their registered email to the Director of Medical Education or physically to the Office of the Director of Medical Education.

13. A candidate can ignore the allotted seat of Round 2 with forfeiture of the security deposit to get eligibility for MoP Up Round provided they do not apply for or receive the nomination letter against their allotted seat of Round 2.

14. A candidate cannot surrender an admitted seat against a Round -2 allotted seat.

15. A candidate not allotted a seat in Round 2 can even surrender their admitted seat in Round 1. Still, it must be on or before 18th November 2022 by 4 pm with the application of such surrender with all Nr.:ET UG 2022 documents to be physically submitted by the candidate along with the surrender certificate issued by admitting Institution to the Director of Medical Education, Govt. of Tripura along with a copy of such surrender application to be sent through email to D.M.E. from the Registered email address of the candidate. The surrender certificate issued by the admitting Institution, which is mandatory for such surrender, shall have to be submitted to D.M.E. on or before 18th November 2022 by 4 pm.
