NEET PG 2021 cutoff lowered: KNRUHS invites fresh registrations from eligible candidates
Telangana : Applications online are invited by the KNRUHS from eligible candidates (including in-service candidates) after lowering of cut-off score for admission into Competent Authority Quota seats of Post Graduate Medical courses for the academic year 2021-22 into Medical Colleges affiliated to the varsity and NIZAM's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), Hyderabad.
Provisional Final Merit will be notified after scrutiny of all uploaded Certificates at the time of online Registration. A total number of vacant seats available under Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2021-22 will be notified on KNRUHS website before counseling.
Revised cut-off scores in NEET PG -2021 Candidates should have secured the following cutoff score or above in NEET - PG - 2021:

Candidates can apply on-line on web-site https://tspgmed.tsche.in from 08:00 A.M. on 16-03-2022 to 6:00 P.M. on 18-03- 2022.
Final Merit position of the applied candidates will be prepared based on revised NEET -PG- 2021 Score and included in the provisional final merit list.
The on-line application can be filled through any computer with internet connection or mobile with data connection.
Registration along with uploading of scanned Original certificates will be done only once irrespective of the number of times of exercising web options/ Number of counseling. No separate notification will be given for verification of original certificates. Therefore the candidates should register and upload all the mandatory Certificates without fail.
Scrutiny of uploaded Original Certificates shall be done by the University and concerned departmental officials. After scrutiny of application and certificates provisional final merit list will be released. Candidates are advised to refer to KNRUHS website for further details regarding schedule of exercising web options.
Registration and Verification fee for PG Medical Courses: - The Registration fee of Rs.5500/- (Bank Transaction charges extra) for OC & BC candidates and Rs.5000/- (Bank Transaction Charges extra) for SC/ST candidates shall be paid on-line through Debit Card / Credit card or Net Banking.**
** Registration fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a further date.
Candidates who completed MBBS from other state must pay equivalency certificate verification fee apart from the registration fee as follows.
MBBS Degree from other state Rs.5000, Other country Rs. 7,000.

Other State candidates are not eligible unless they satisfy the non local status as mentioned in
Candidates who are already in the provisional final merit list for PG Medical Courses need not apply again.
Applications:
The candidate should fill the online application form available in the Website with the data required for through computer/mobile with data connection. The online application form can be filled through any computer with internet connection or mobile with data connection. The candidate is advised to fill the online application form after going through the Prospectus by keeping all the Certificates, Scanned Photo and Signature in the jpg/.gif format separately (as shown below) (step-1) and ready to enter his/her correct data and upload the photo, signature and original certificates after the payment of application fee through Online.

COUNSELING
Provisional Final merit list will be displayed on KNRUHS website after scrutiny of uploaded certificates and application. Verification of uploaded certificates will be done only once for web based counseling irrespective of number of phases of exercising web based options and counselings. Hence, candidates who have applied on-line are advised to upload all original certificates at the time of online registrations without fail for scrutiny by concerned departmental officials. No individual communications will be sent. The notification for schedule for exercising web options will be issued separately on KNRUHS website. Candidates are informed to check the website regularly for notifications.
The Admission Committee shall have power to review the selection in case of any errors, misrepresentation or glaring injustice and cancel the selection/admission. In all matters relating to selection and admissions, the decision of the Admission Committee shall be final and binding on the candidates and selections cannot be questioned after admissions are closed.
THE PROCEDURE OF SELECTION OF CANDIDATES WILL BE AS PER G.O.MS. NO.155, HM&FW (C1) DEPT., GOVT. OF TELANGANA, DATED:18-11-2021 AND RELEVANT HON'BLE SUPREME COURT & HON'BLE HIGH COURT ORDERS.
THE TUTION FEE FOR COMPETENT AUTHORITY SEATS IN RESPECT OF DEGREE AND DIPLOMA OF CLINICAL, PARACILNICAL AND PRE-CLINICAL COURSES WILL BE AS NOTIFIED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA AND RELEVANT HON'BLE HIGH COURT ORDERS
ADMISSION RULES:
The letter of allotment for admission of selected candidate has to be downloaded from website after payment of University fee by payment gateway.
All the candidates including in service candidates joining the Post Graduate degree, diploma courses shall execute bond on a stamp paper of Rs. 100/- as prescribed in Annexure-II to the effect that he / she will complete the prescribed period of training or in default to pay Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) to the University and shall refund the amount received as stipend/salary upto that date to the Government.
Bond for service after completion of degree : All postgraduates (excluding in-service candidates) shall serve the Government of Telangana, if necessary, in Government institutions for a period of one year as per the orders of the State Government.
A bond of Rs.10,00,000 (Rupees ten lakhs only) on admission into postgraduate diploma course and Rs.20,00,000(Rupees twenty lakhs only) on admission into postgraduate degree course shall be executed by candidates at the time of admission
The candidates who discontinue the course after the last date of free exit before issue of notification for Mop-Up phase or later will have to pay penalty of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) to prevent seat blocking. They will be debarred from participating in counselings for admission into Post Graduate degree, diploma courses for a period of three(3) years under KNR UHS.
The original certificates submitted by the candidates at the time of admission to the Principal of the allotted college shall not be returned t o t h e c a n d i d a t e s until they complete their courses of study, subject to sub-regulation 8.2 and 8.2.1 above.
Attendance: Candidates selected for the various courses should be whole time resident students. Candidates have to compulsorily stay in hostels, wherever provided by college management. In service candidates will have to apply for study leave to pursue their studies and are required to produce the leave sanction order from the Competent Authority not later than three months after joining the course. The candidate is required to put in a minimum of 80% attendance during each academic year for being eligible to appear for the examination.
In a year all 365 days will be considered as working days and students should get 80% attendance each academic year separately to get eligibility for appearing for University exams. The remaining days of absence (including maternity leave) will be considered for extension.
Leave: Students will be permitted to avail 30 days leave per year. Post Graduates are not allowed to go on leave for more than 10 days continuously. In case of medical leave / maternity leave / any other leave or unauthorized absence beyond 30 days in a year, the study period of the candidate will be extended to the extent of such period. No other leave is permitted.
Maternity Leave: Women students can avail maternity leave upto 180 days only once in their PG course of study and the study period will be extended to the extent of Maternity leave availed. The candidate shall not be eligible to appear in the University examinations till the completion of study period as per MCI/NMC Regulations (Duration of course).
CLOSURE OF ADMISSIONS:
The admissions shall be closed as per the schedule notified by the University as per MCI/NMC Regulations.
Any vacancy after the date of closure of admissions shall not be filled. They will not be carried forward to the next year as per the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court of `India.
COMMENCEMENT OF THE COURSE:
The course shall commence as per the schedule notified by Medical Council of India/National Medical Commission. The duration of the course shall be calculated from the date of commencement of the course and shall be uniform for all the candidates irrespective of individual dates of admission .
DURATION OF COURSE:
The duration of P.G. Diploma courses is 2 years and P.G. Degree courses is 3 years, In the case of students having a recognized two year Post Graduate Diploma course in the same subject, the duration of Degree course shall be two years.
DISSERTATION:
The Post Graduates must register the topic of their dissertation with the University after admission within six months of commencement of the course and approval of the University should be obtained. The dissertation shall be submitted within 2 ½ years of commencement of the Course. In the case of the candidates granted exemption of one year of study period of degree course (candidates passed diploma of the same subject), the dissertation shall be submitted within 1 ½ years of commencement of the course.
If the above schedule is not followed, the period of Post Graduation will be extended by six months.
A student of a postgraduate degree course in broad specialties shall present one poster and present one paper at a National / State conference. Candidate has to present one research paper which should be published / accepted for publication /submitted for publication during the period of his / her postgraduate studies so as to make him / her eligible to appear at the postgraduate degree examination.
A Candidate registered for MD/MS Degree Examinations shall pass the final examinations within 4 years after completion of the course and the candidates registered for P.G. Diploma courses should clear the examination within 2 (two) years after completion of the course. If he / she does not pass the examination within the period specified above, he / she shall not be permitted to appear for examinations thereafter.
MIGRATION AND TRANSFER OF CANDIDATES:
Migration / Transfer / Mutual transfer of Post Graduate students from one Medical college to another Medical College, from one course to another course and from Degree to Diploma and vice versa are not permitted under any circumstances.
ELIGIBILITY:
A) Candidate should have qualified in NEET-PG-2021 by securing marks of Cut-off score.
B) Candidate should have passed MBBS Degree examination from a Medical Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.
C) Candidates who hold recognized Medical Degree should have obtained Permanent Registration from Medical Council of India / State Medical Council after completing compulsory rotating internship.
D) Candidates who satisfy the Local / Non-Local status as per G.O.P. No. 646 Education ( W) Department Dated: 10-07-1979 (Presidential Order) only are eligible to apply for determining the State Merit position for Competent Authority Quota seats in respective categories as per NEET-PG-2021 score. Candidates are informed to read the prospectus carefully regarding eligibility criteria before applying on-line.
E) The rules for admission into Post Graduate Medical Degree and Diploma courses under Competent Authority Quota have been issued by Government vide G.O.Ms. No. 155, HM&FW, C1 , Dept., Dated: 18- 11-2021. These rules are strictly applicable for eligibility criteria , seat matrix, reservations and selection procedure.
F) MBBS Graduates pursuing internship should have completed internship on or before 30-09-2021 from recognized colleges (by MCI/NMC).
G) In case of in service candidates, Government service rendered shall be calculated as on 30-09-2021.
The NEET PG 2021 qualified and eligible candidates as per concerned regulations who desire to take admission into PG Medical Degree/Diploma Courses shall apply online and upload all original certificates for determining the Merit position for Telangana State Competent Authority Quota using NEET-PG-2021 Ranks in the Website https://tspgmed.tsche.in from 8.00AM on 20-11-2021 to 27-11-2021 up to 5.00p.m only. The online application can be filled through any computer with internet connection or mobile with data connection. (NOTE:PREFEREBLY DESKTOP OR LAPTOP)
Registration and Verification Fee for PG Degree/Diploma courses :- The Registration and verification fee of Rs.5500/- (Bank transaction charges extra) is for OC& BC candidates and Rs.5000/- (Bank transaction charges extra) for SC/ST candidates. The fee shall be paid online through Debit card / Credit card or Net Banking.**

(i) Latest Service certificate issued by the concerned Head of the Department, if applicable (issued after 5-11-2021 by DME/DH/Director ESI/ Commissioner, VVP and other Competent Authority as notified by Government).
(j) Internship completion certificate
(k) Permanent Medical Council Registration Certificate.
(l) Post Graduate Medical Diploma Certificate if applicable
(m) Photo Identity proof viz.PAN card/Passport/Driving License/Voter's ID.
(n) 10 years Residency proof/Study certificate for Non Local candidates claiming unreserved quota seats (who studied MBBS outside AP/TS or other country).
iv). Visit website through Computer with Internet connection or Mobile with Data Connection to fill the application form.
v). Fill in all the details in the online application form and upload all the documents which are mandatory.
vii) The candidates who claim for admission under Persons with Disabilities (PWD) category shall mention in the online application as applying under PWD category and have toappear before a Medical Board to be constituted for the purpose by the University as per theschedule to be notified by the University for Eligibility under PWD status.
Procedure for submission of filled-in online Application form and Original certificates for PG Medical Courses at the time of admission for final verification:-
The candidate should submit the print-out of the filled-in Online application form and original certificates along with (1) set of self attested copies to the Principal of allotted college at the time of joining for final verification. In case of any discrepancy, the provisional allotment order will be cancelled.
7. a).On-line application form without uploading mandatory Certificates, Passport size photo, without signature at declaration area, incomplete applications will be automatically rejected and will not be considered for determining the Merit position inrespective categories using NEET– PG – 2021 Rank.
b).The mere fact that the Merit position issued to the candidate does not imply that the candidature is accepted by the University and it does not mean that the entries made by the candidate in the online application are accepted as true and correct.
c) Candidates may please note that the University will take up the verification of certificates with regard to eligibility conditions i.e., Educational Qualifications, validity of Registration with MCI/State Medical Council, Internship certificate, Local /Non-Local area status, Category status as per uploaded relevant certificates by the concerned department officials. If the information furnished by the candidate in the application is not correct, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled and further action that deems fit will be taken.
d).Candidates eligibility for admission into PG courses for the academic year 2021- 2022 will be examined by the University only after scrutiny of application along with all copies of required certificates and provisional final merit list will be notified.
e). Registration along with uploading of Scanned Original certificates will be done only once irrespective of the number of times of exercising web options / Number of counselings. No separate notification will be issued for verification of original certificates. Therefore the candidates should register and upload all the mandatory Certificates without fail.
f). Scrutiny of uploaded Original Certificates shall be done by the University and concerned departmental officials. After scrutiny of application and certificates final merit list will be released. Candidates are advised to refer to KNRUHS website for further details regarding schedule of exercising web options.
g). Admissions will be in accordance with the Orders issued from time to time by State Government with regard to process of Admissions to Post Graduate Medical Courses and relevant Hon'ble Court orders.
h). The procedure for preparation of seat matrix and selection into PG broad specialty in the Competent Authority Quota and seat allocation will be done as per the procedure given in G.O.Ms.No.155, HM& FW (C1) Dept, Dated:18-11-2021.
This notification is for determining the State Merit position in respective categories using NEET – PG - 2021 Rank only. The dates for exercising web options for admission into PG (MD/MS/Diploma) courses will be notified separately on University website. Candidates are advised to check the University web-site for notifications, schedules and other details from time to time.
An in-eligible candidate obtaining Merit position does not make the candidate eligible for admission.
Admission will be considered only for candidates, who have secured marks above cutoff score in NEET- PG-2021 exam and based on the state merit order as the case may be.
