NEET PG counselling 2025: MCC activates round 1 reset registration option

New Delhi: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) recently activated the reset registration link for the NEET PG counselling for the academic year 2025. The reset registration link will close on November 5 2025.

"The RESET Registration option for Round-1 of PG Counselling 2025 has been activated and is available upto 10:00 A.M of 5th Nov. 2025," a notification on MCC's website read.

Earlier, the MCC asked the candidates applying under the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) quota to submit their documents by tomorrow, October 28, 2025. The detailed NRI quota rules have also been announced on the MCC official portal.

NEET PG counselling registration 2025 for admission to 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats is open on the MCC's official website. However, the MCC NEET PG counselling schedule and final seat matrix are yet to be published on the official website of MCC.

Meanwhile, Medical Dialogues recently reported that candidates participating in the NRI quota should send the relevant documents, in support of their claim of NRI status, via email from today, i.e., 25th October 2025, 10:00 AM, to 28th October 2025, 12:00 Noon. Therefore, all such candidates are advised to be in touch with the MCC official website for further course of action. 

LIST OF MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR NRI ELIGIBILITY

1 NEET PG Admit Card and Score Card.

2 Proof of NRI Status of the parent or relative, such as-

i Valid Passport.

ii Visa / Residence Permit / Work Permit.

iii OCI / PIO Card (if applicable).

iv NRI Certificate issued by the Embassy or Indian Consulate.

3 Certificate of Relationship between the NRI relative and the candidate, issued by the competent revenue authority through a Family Tree.

4 Notarised Affidavit from the NRI relative, confirming sponsorship of the candidate’s entire course fees and living expenses, supported by an NRE Bank Account Passbook.

5 10th and 12th Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates.

6 Birth Certificate.

7 Passport of Candidate or Sponsor (optional).
